The project consisted of three major parts — on-page SEO, technical SEO, and off-page SEO, and different teams at Panem were working on them simultaneously. On-page SEO involved keyword research, optimizing existing metadata and content on our website, and developing our blog by adding well-researched SEO-friendly articles. Specialists responsible for the technical SEO carried out a technical SEO audit, developed a plan to correct all technical issues, and implemented it.

Thanks to their extensive network, they helped us a lot with the off-page SEO to grow our DR. All of this was accompanied by a great deal of analysis, detailed reports on what had been done and what results it had brought, and online conferences where their SEO specialists explained all the processes and answered our questions.

Also, they presented us with the approximate project timeline, KPIs, etc. After the call, their PPC specialist conducted keyword research and competitor analysis and sent us a report describing the findings. Then, they sent us ad copies for review and, on our approval, the campaign went live.

As they explained to us at the initial meeting, we weren’t supposed to see big results during the first two weeks — this time is necessary to monitor the campain’s performance and, based on it, make further adjustments. They analyze metrics and make changes, and this process takes place over and over. Every two weeks, we’re provided with a detailed report on what’s been done, results achieved, and further steps.
