They have strong project management skills, with 30 and 90 day plans for each area. Very comfortable with them and when I need metrics, they'll turn it around in a dime for me.

Each team member is strong but collectively they simply excel as a group.

We recently hired them for another division, our Military side of the business with 74 locations across four regions with a mix of brands in each and invade and off base locations. It's taking a bit for them to really understand the nature of our business but I would expect that with any new vendor. It's a completely different animal.

Since partnering with OpenMoves, we’ve improved our cost per conversion (CPC), which is an important measure of the effectiveness of our search engine marketing campaigns.

They also provide us with additional insights and analytics to understand the performance of our campaigns and if anything goes wrong, they respond to our queries and concerns almost immediately.

They perform well from a project management perspective and accomplish their deliverables on time and within budget.

The team is very active in their support and analysis and whenever we need something changed, they get back to us in just two business days.

Since using OpenMoves our PPC conversion rate improved 100% and we saw increased volume of conversions as well.

We use both email and slack to communicate, and they are very responsive. We have a weekly call, in which I send a recap of next steps after. One piece of feedback I have is that they were a bit slow in confirming receipt or notifying us of when things went live.

I'm impressed with how they're able to keep up with all the various changes in our project.

Very unique to our needs, but it would be great if their analyst and the search team connected more on recommendations, and brought actionable next steps to the table.

The campaigns were very successful. In the period after starting with OpenMoves, we determined that our advertising ROI had tripled compared to the period prior. For every dollar in, we acquired more customers who spent more money with us. A big piece of this is credited to their optimizations of our accounts.

They were very responsive and easy to work with. With OpenMoves, communication was never an issue.

One of our channel leads really distinguished himself by taking an interest in what we did and really leaning in as an owner, asking great questions and suggesting new ideas. Overall I felt that OpenMoves was invested in our success.

There's always more that could be done, but OpenMoves exceeded my expectations.

OpenMoves helped us facilitate keyword research and performed an analysis of our competitors to develop optimal PPC campaigns. The team helped us understand and leverage the viable markets for us such a social media ads, display ads, Google Ads, and Microsoft ads.

OpenMoves has helped us test various strategies while sticking to our budgets. They supply us with critical reporting and current trends, so we are always kept up to date with the status of our PPC campaigns. They also take reporting to another level work very closely with us to understand the quality of the leads we are getting in order to constantly evaluate and amend our campaigns as needed.

He helps facilitate the meetings and the overall strategies, and helps us understand key PPC best practices. From there, we have been working very closely with Perikles who handles our Google Ads, who is very professional and is always looking for new ways to boost engagement for us.

He's been very helpful as we've expanded our territories outside of North America. Francisco is our representative for our social ad campaigns, he is a true expert in social media ads and is very informative and insightful when it comes to developing new strategies.

Since implementing PPC with OpenMoves, we have seen a drastic increase in lead-gen and conversions to sales qualified opportunities. Our SERP ranking has improved and is constantly improving.

The OpenMoves team has been exceptional with communicating with our team. They are very professional with quick turnaround times. If we have an expansion plan / need something updated or enhanced in anyway, they usually respond the same day and are always willing to help as quickly as possible. They are quick to explain what they need from us and the timeline they project for any new plans to be implemented.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their overall knowledge of the PPC industry is very impressive and keeps us feeling confident in OpenMoves to keep driving our results in the right direction. With digital marketing and Google Ads, etc. ever-changing, it is tough for a small company like ours to keep up with the ever changing algorithm rules and strategies, so it's easy for us to fallback on OpenMoves to be the first to know what changes may be coming and what they can do to help us at any time.

We believe companies always have means to improve! But OpenMoves does a great job of managing our PPC behind the scenes so we don't have to. We have full confidence in them to keep our campaigns running successfully.

We hired OpenMoves to do PPC work for us to expand the usage of our product in the US.

What was the scope of their involvement?

OpenMoves leads our PPC efforts to augment our existing growth channels. They’re focusing our current Google Ad campaign on 20 universities across the US. Whenever they meet with us, we iterate new versions of our campaign strategy based on our information from the campaign so far. A lot of OpenMoves’ work is focused on driving down the cost of PPC ads. 

At the beginning of our engagement, we had a kickoff meeting where we shared the data from our website. That information became the backbone of our campaign, which took 2–3 weeks to get off the ground. We tried several campaigns, including general keywords, object-specific, and Google Smart campaigns.

We actually found OpenMoves on Clutch. After doing initial research, we provided several companies with basic information on the challenges we faced. The proposed solution OpenMoves came back to us with really stood out from other firms. They took a more bespoke approach while other companies only offered out-of-the-box solutions.

We've invested around €150,000 (approximately $169,000 USD) during our partnership with OpenMoves, including the €125,000 (approximately $141,000 USD) we’ve spent specifically on Google Ads.

We began working with OpenMoves in September 2021 and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We measure our success based on the number of sessions from our PPC ads that generate at least five pages on our website. From when we started with OpenMoves to now, they’ve cut our PPC cost down by more than half — we have an ROI positive cost-per-click metric. 

We have 70,000–80,000 keyword combinations, and they did a great job with the frontend — the structure is set up so it can be adjusted as we move forward. 

How did OpenMoves perform from a project management standpoint?

OpenMoves stays on budget and meets deadlines — their project management is excellent. OpenMoves uses Airtable to manage the project, and we have a rolling presentation that we go over during our meetings. Generally, we meet over Zoom and communicate via email. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

OpenMoves took a very bespoke approach to our campaign from the very beginning. They took the time to analyze and understand our business model and then built a strategy around it. They did an amazing job iterating and adjusting our strategy as our needs changed.

Customers need to give OpenMoves as much context and information as possible during the beginning of the project. OpenMoves is very intelligent, but they must have the details and understanding of the overall strategy, business model, and budget.
