Development team was easily accessible during the project. We had numerous discussions on brainstorming concepts, workflow, layout, etc. Team guided us with their feedback & input, provided us with valuable insights through professional perspectives.

The project is very big and complex. A lot of complications and intertwine among modules. Project had some delays along the way due to several hiccups of misunderstandings in terms of concept and requirement / layout. We missed a few essential steps at the beginning which resulted in the unnecessary turbulence. Anyhow, we managed to solve the issues by ironing them out via discussions. Team handled it at their best capability.

The commitment of the Teach Team under the leadership of Mr Aman. They are always available to attend to our questions or issues, regardless of weekends or public holidays.

We could improve in the communication and patience. Tech team & I are youngsters, with fiery passion wanting to get the project done. Hence, we tend to skip the listening, understanding and digesting part a lot. Certain team members tend to blindly rush and follow incorrect concepts without thinking or considering critically on the project's long term functionality and logic perspective.
We also unintentionally neglected some big picture concepts and structural framework in exchange for the short term "get the job done quick". Tech team also seemed to rush for completion, to meet datelines, which resulted in missing out on subtle details that was to enhance our user experience such as layout, font size / colour, spelling consistency, terminology, skipping out page sequence.
