I found myself in a situation whereby I had a product that was approx. 15% complete and no developers to pick it up, so I went searching for a development partner. After quite a long detailed search I come across OneClick IT Consultancy Pvt. Ltd and boy what a great find!!

They guys were able to pick up the work done to date, the specifications, the technologies and run with it. The effort the guys have put in goes way and above my expectations and the work that they have delivered has been second to none. I have been so impressed with the team that I have commissioned more work from them.

The delivery of a web-based reverse auction website that was already part developed to enable me to bring the product (MVP) to market. It had to be cloud based utilising a predefined technology stack.

They initially went through a requirements gathering process to ensure the previously documented requirements were fully complete. They designed, developed and tested the product to a state whereby I could launch the product.

The project team were made up of a number of different resources from a project manager, designers, business analysts and developers and testers. Even Romit the CEO was very hands on.

Our solution is now ready to bring to the market far exceeding my initial goals and expectations.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The Project Management was extremely effective with regular updates on progress, clarifications and meeting deadlines. My concerns with offshoring the project to India was the possible language barriers however this was not an issue and the team communicated very well.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The company's work ethic was so impressive, they put in more than extra when needed to meet deadlines.

There is very little I could suggest for improvements.

Goals were to achieve a well functioning family of apps to help small businesses grow their business.

The project was originally started by another group, but it had not reached my expectations. OneClickIT added a website to support app users, that also allowed the user to touch a link and go directly to the apps respective location within the AppStore and in GooglePlay. Slideshows were created on app function and benefits. They also expanded the apps from 1 app originally to a line up of 12 apps in both iOS and in Android.

I have had conversations with a project manager, which was assigned to my project, then I have had contact with team members based on from marketing to SEO to help with brand growth.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The team works quickly, we are talking 12 apps and a website. I expected a lengthy project and that has certainly not been the case.

I am the team with my project I am a party of 1, communication between myself and OneClickIT have been prompt, and workflow is moves along nicely.

OneClickIT is quick to suggest ideas to improve functionalities and brand image. I have no disappointment.

I’m the president and creator of AOS Real Front Desk, the real estate showing management system. It was created as the first cloud-based showing management system for the real estate industry that offices and call centers use to manage the showings of their listings.

I had several issues with Real Front Desk before they were hired. I wanted to have the databases and program fully up and running with no problems.

OneClick IT Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. came in with a team of developers and programmers. They handle database development, management and support for over 100 MLS (multiple listing service) databases. For the website, they do PHP and MySQL web development. They also work on troubleshooting and customer support via an email support system.

Their team creates new features and brings older features up-to-date. Real Front Desk needs to quickly integrate with multiple databases in order to allow scheduling of appointments. OneClick IT Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. resolved existing issues and deployed better solutions to allow the system to run faster and more efficiently.

What was the team composition?

A manager oversees the entire project. One key programmer works full-time and one senior programmer assists when needed.

In less than the time I expected, OneClick IT Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. turned my system into a huge positive. In the years that they've managed my system, we’ve had only a few issues and near-zero downtime. Clients appreciate the fast and efficient system and express compliments for their creativity and experience. I’ve given them other small projects and they perform with flying colors. I recommend them to everyone with great confidence.

OneClick IT Consultancy Pvt. Ltd.’s on-time delivery is second to none. Project management is well-handled by the manager. The key programmer is well-educated and experienced for the position. If there are any questions, the manager is readily available to jump in and resolve them. There’s always staff available if we need additional expertise in resolving any problems. They’re able to adjust their staff work hours based on my schedule.

The owner is hands-on and always available to act when needed. Their employees are well-qualified and can perform all assigned tasks. There’s not a single task that they didn’t complete to our 100% satisfaction.

What were your goals for this project?

Initially, they helped us build a stand-alone system for a financial advisor and then created an enterprise system for a large broker-dealer network. The goal was to create a stable and reliable way to send out communications in a more personal way with a video. Birthdays, holidays, quarterly reviews, anniversaries, and more are automated by a date in the CRM.

They have done other work for my associates and me prior to this project. I actually found them while looking for a company who had the ability to create a BLE chip that could be located and controlled remotely via a smartphone.

They consulted with us to discuss the project needs, mapped out the plan, and implemented the UX design for iOS and Android apps as well as the web-based app. They developed end-to-end solutions using full stack development processes. They built a database solution and an email platform.

The team was very structured. There was a project manager who oversaw all the workers and each aspect of the design. We had two developers and a designer on the project.

I've worked with One Click on a dozen projects over the last six years, and the team is now my team. I don't use anyone else for any of my development or IT needs. Whenever I’ve needed more resources, they have come through and continue to do so.

The team is top notch and their structure is solid. I personally chatted with the project manager later in the evenings and in the mornings when needed. The project plan was mapped out on a timeline including the dates of each project phase.

They took our idea and make it into reality. Anything is possible in IT when we work with these guys. Romit (Founder, One Click IT Consultancy Pvt. Ltd.) has come to the US to visit me and other clients. They think outside the box—if you can dream it, they’ll help you build it. They are an extremely resourceful and well-connected company in India.

If future clients are thinking about outsourcing their IT or creating a database website with mobile apps, they can’t go wrong with the One Click team.

I have received nearly completed apps from the supplier and tested to work well with the other devices I need the app to work with. The design of the app is very good and I would be recommending this supplier to other companies in my network.

The workflow was good albeit some issues mainly because of the different delivery methods I had imposed on the supplier.

Their UI design team is really good and I was impressed with the delivery. They go above and beyond the exact requirements to improve the app overall.

More detailed test reports would be advisable during each delivery. Even videos go a long way in saving time for the end customers to do the testing.
