What was the team composition?
They have the, iOS designer, Android designer, desktop designer, project manager, my commercial contact that is also involved with the project and all communications. The owner is frequently present checking the application and also in some meetings.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Considering the complexity of the project, we are moving really fast. In almost two months we are in the half of the project. We have desktop, iOS and Android main functionalities being tested and approved.
Changes are quickly corrected in a very good pace. The design and functionalities are very good so far. We are definitely going in a good direction and good pace.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Weekly meetings and when necessary more meetings during the week to clarify points and advance in the project. Communication is very good always. They have a lot of talented people there, which makes it easy for us to discuss ideas and make the correct decision.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their talent and good spirit. We started this project when the COVID pandemic was yet inoffensive and we didn't have an idea about how it would transform our lives.
We faced changes in our daily lives, changing from working from office to working from home and all the uncertainty that this situation brings to us because all of the "unknown" about the virus, they were always very professional, good humor and never stopped the project.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Keep doing what you do the way you do. Keep your flexibility - this is key. I'm happy to work with them and I wish all the best for all of them in their personal and professional lives.
