I was initially looking to develop and app like Gpay, and Nevina Infotech did the development for the same and then unfortunately as per the change in NPCI guidelines to have 10 million active users to tpap license to enter into UPI payment gateway fintech app, then at that point we were stuck and then finally then we decided with to launch the app we 3 services by collaboration with cashe and Riskcovry and mobikiwik to enter the market by helping customer which is a simple and secure way to manage your money. You can use the app to do contactless payments. It is a payment platform where you can pay your Utility Bills, avail Personal loans and Insurances.

Team was engaged in all parameters to help me tied up with third party dependency.

It was great experience however due to third-party dependency and verification it delayed a little.

We have already completed the app and published it in the Google Play Store. We are currently deploying it in the App Store. As for the app’s quality and features, everything we were expecting is there.

I m the owner and manager of a company allowing e-comerce with a comunitarian and cultural view. We offers also the possibility to people to create their own delivery companies. Quick appetite is an ecommerce app that is accessible worldwide.

Quick Appetite reached out to Nevina Infotech for maintenance and support for their website. Maintaining the website included: Fixing and code cleaning. Optimizing the website's speed. Fixing other significant issues like technical bugs to provide a glitch-free experience to customers.

In addition, it is an international food delivery website, and we provide store management and include city-wise tax management. The technology we used for the maintenance of the website is the Yii framework. Features The website is modified for more speed by adjusting settings, switching to faster themes, changing the slower plug-ins and extensions, and enhancing the admin panel.

The website code was developed to speed up the execution time. Unwanted script files were detached to reduce the loading time. Business logic and technical bugs were fixed to provide a better experience to users. SSL certification was set up to boost the security of the website. SSL sends information to the internet in an encrypted format for security.

The private information of the user is more secure now. The geolocation-based pricing was introduced to show the price according to the user's location. A new inventory management system was introduced on the website to keep track of available products. It also helps the business owners to order the raw material in advance.

We decided to work with Nevina Infotech after reviewing their website and observing good user and clients' feedback. The main goal was to solve bugs, maintain the website, and make it the latest with newer functionalities.

Testing out of the box and debugging approach focusing on the bugs and fixing them accurately. Using the best website improving tools and technologies to strengthen the website speed. Using skilled and experienced developers to improve the website code and resolve speed obstacles.

My direct contact was with Mr. Rahim and Mr. Rakeen; apart from them, a team of 4 vendors was allocated to me.

I was having an issue with the website that was developed by the previous company that I hired. My application was based on a food delivery application, and there were many bugs in the website which needed to be solved by them. Most of the bugs were in the admin panel of the website reporting and tax calculation. I also wanted to provide this app to the drivers through which the admin can allocate the order to the driver in that particular area. To solve the bugs and make my website smooth, they walked the extra mile and provided me with the best app. In addition, the CEO of the company, Mr. Rahim, has suggested providing me with the best server configuration and providing guidelines on how important website performance is.

Firstly, they discussed with me all the requirements and bugs. I provided them with my bug list, which needs to be solved. After that, they managed the project accurately and provided me with the estimated timeline within which they delivered me with the website. We were in regular contact on Skype calls and messages. If there is an issue, I can directly contact them. They solved all the bugs, maintained my website accurately, and tested it before handing it over to me.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team's coordination is amazing, and the developers were friendly and professional. The project manager understood my problem and provided me with the best possible solution quickly. They also used special technical equipment that was able to solve the technical issues. Finally, they managed and organized the application very keenly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

According to me, I don't think that there is a need for any improvement, and I recommend you hire them and have fantastic app development and maintenance experience.

The project was delivered and developed on time with top-notch quality.

It took almost 3 months to complete the project successfully. I am satisfied with their work because they did it very carefully and professionally by keeping in mind the quality of the project. They also suggested ideas to implement some of the trending features and can enhance the user experience and the website performance.

Before they started the project development process, we discussed every step involved in the process of development. They also explained the structure of the website development with the procedure used in it. Due to such discussion, I was very clear about the illustration of the website. For communication purposes, we used Skype for texting and calling.

They handed over the project to me within 3 months, which was before the estimated delivery time. We were in regular contact with each other so that I could stay updated on the project timeline.

The most impressive thing about the company is the unity with which they work. They also consider customer satisfaction as their main motto. They worked passionately with a focus to provide a high-quality product, fulfilling their client's requirements.

. Not at all. I don’t think they need to improve in any area as they are just perfect in everything from discussing the project till the delivery of it. I am very happy to choose them as my website development partner and I will surely hire them again.
