Daily AI helps professionals in the real estate industry manage their leads, database, and transactions in a highly effective and personalized manner. As Managing Partner, I oversee the technical and operational components of all or Daily AI's holdings.

For what projects/services did your company hire Neoito?

Neoito has been the "workhorse" behind many of our software platforms, both web and mobile. They have taken a lead role in the design and architecture and day to day development of these projects.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to create an innovative and effective platform for our clients. Neoito has an innovative approach towards development and have been the perfect partner to help drive these projects forward.

How did you select this vendor?

Neoito is utilizing the most modern development tools available. As I have overseen development on multiple projects I appreciated their candor and approach. Serverless architecture is the most effective method to build scalable apps, but few vendors are implementing it effectively. I selected Neoito because they helped educate and ultimately convinced me of the power of serverless architecture, while every other vendor pushed more traditional methods of development.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

They helped design, develop, and are now helping us maintain various web applications. This project was complex - we had to integrate with multiple services, bring in an elastic search for fast reporting, and overcome difficult compliance challenges. Neoito also helped build our initial website and SEO.

What was the team composition?

The team had roughly 15 people working on our projects at once. The team leaders are both very capable and highly effective. Several senior developers clearly did much of the heavy lifting on the app, and as needed they brought in other developers to build and deploy new features as needed. Neoito is very flexible in terms of how their team size can fluctuate depending on needs, while they always maintain the core integrity of the team.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Daily AI is quickly becoming known as one of the most effective solutions in the real estate world. The quality of the development, scalability of the project, and ultimately the timeline in which we were able to release our products has given us a huge advantage over competitors and put us in a position to generate revenue in an accelerated manner.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project management structure included a traditional project manager and also a technical lead. As someone who is technically trained, I preferred to work with technical members of the team to discuss the requirements in depth. Overall the project managers were very effective and highly responsive.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are extremely technically competent, both in terms of their innovative approach and ability to execute. Company management is very responsive, helpful, and willing to work with me/our team in the USA to find the best solution and workflow.

Are there any areas for improvement?

In my opinion there is very little they could do better. My experience is from someone who is technically trained - so I would keep that in mind. I cannot speak as confidently as to how they would work with someone who has no technical experience, although I believe they are more than capable to handle any type of project and workflow.

Objective of the project was to create a working proof of concept of INSR.tech's Dynamic Risk Engine, for 2 products. This involved: 

• integration of risk model and flood model 
• design and creation of user interface, user management, etc
• design of cloud infrastructure
• QA
• delivery within pre-set time frames and budget
