Effective; all the issues (and issues are inevitable when you're working for 3 years) were sorted out swiftly and efficiently.

Usually, I (having 30+ years of experience in the industry at hiring positions) am seriously skeptical about headhunting services ; I have to admit that MoveUp was a very pleasant exception - they go well beyond simplistic-and-never-working "hey, let's search a DB of candidates against keywords".
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
A bit better education of their new employees (sometimes it was a bit rough when new person started to work from their side on our project).
