Since working with the the guys we've seen an extremely large increasing in website traffic, as well as a large amount of customer being more educated on the service.

George has been great in understanding our needs, but also proactively bringing us suggestions for improvements as well highlighting potential blind spots.

4 reputable agencies were approached locally and interviewed. We selected Minuttia as it was the most professional in communication and offered more value than the other agencies. Also, from early on, our communication showed that the expertise of the agency was on point and suggested best industry practises. Knowledge, professionalism and the range of services were the main drivers.

The work includes SEO consulting, identification of opportunities, directing the activities of our team, consulting and regular meetings to increase our organic traffic. During the scope of the project, we have expanded the work and Minuttia has openned up opportunities for collaborations with other companies in the SaaS space, both in content and other marketing activities. Working with Minuttia is not just about consulting, but also about learning and implementing processes, industry standards and improving our team's skills and competences. I am working directly with Minuttia, being the internal project owner of such activities and acting as intermediary between the consulting and execution and of the project.

During the past 5 months, we have worked to refurbish the blog, written targeted content pieces that already rank high in Google results, increase our organic traffic and built high quality backlinks from partnerships, guest posts and other means to our website. We have also worked on the technical SEO aspects of our website and the project is expanding to get consultation on our product and how to improve it's SEO functionalities for our customers to get similar results like ours.

Our main contact is the agency owner and account manager, through him we have received the services of other people in content and technical seo (at least 2 other people in his team) with no direct contact with them as it was not needed.

We are extremely satisfied by this collaboration. We see month by month growth in all content pieces we have worked with Minuttia. About a 20-30% increase in from our usual organic traffic growth and especially in high value keywords. We have also build links to several of our content pages from authoritative websites and started collaborations with 4 other SaaS companies that were introduced through him. Our team is more productive due to the processes suggested and internal expertise has increased, learning new more effective methods and automating many processes that were time-consuming before.

Communication is very good. We use a combination of Google Drive, email and slack to communicate and weekly video conferencing, adding quick calls where needed. Minuttia has responded well and quickly to any changes we requested in the processes and improved it's communications and how tasks were assigned and taken care of during our collaboration.

Professionalism. They have under-promised and over-delievered results with a high degree of professionalism and being accessible.

We are constantly exchanging feedback as how we prefered to work with them and this is being considered and improved along the way.

We were struggling to find the right partner to write quality pieces of content for the Respona blog. Most writers we hired in the past didn't have any experience in our field, so their content was mainly recycled content for other posts. We need original, creative content in order to attract quality backlinks and increase our organic traffic.

I posted a job ad on one of the most engaged Facebook communities, and Georgios, founder of MINUTTIA, reached out to me. After taking a look at their previous work and discussing pricing, we set up a test assignment, and they nailed it. Then we agreed to get on a longer-term agreement for them to create content for us on an ongoing basis.

After we selected MINUTTIA, we had an intro call with the founder, and after explaining our goals, target market, and also the product, they did some SEO research and put together a content calendar for us. We agreed to do 2 content pieces a month initially.

I worked only with the founder of MINUTTIA, Georgios. Did not have contact with anyone else in the agency.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have published about 4 content pieces on our blog, and the feedback from our audience has been great so far. The content pieces are very high quality, long form, and incorporate our product well. Exactly as we wanted them! Traffic is a bit slow, but that's because our domain is new and we're building more links to the blog posts to get them ranked on the first page of Google.

Georgios is very responsive and organized. He created a google drive folder for us to keep track of all the work that was being done, and was very timely about the deadlines.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Georgios goes above and beyond what's requested from him by creating pieces that are often much larger than what we agreed initially, and also doing extra SEO research for us to make sure we're successful.

Not really so far. Georgios has been very pleasant to work with.
