What was the scope of their involvement?

Minuttia produces five pieces of content per month. At the start of each month, they provide us with a brief, making sure SEO is at the forefront of the discussion. Their team outlines their content strategy, which is the most important aspect of the partnership because it helps drive results and prevent bottlenecking. Their team bases their strategies on the three gigabytes of information we've provided, which includes our go-to and product strategies and internal documentation and rules. 

Their team also provides ad hoc consultation services.

We work with 6–7 teammates from Minuttia, including content writers, editors, a graphic designer, and a strategist. However, our main point of contact is the account manager.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our goal was to start ranking in searches, which Minuttia has 100% been able to do. They always produce content with SEO in mind to help us improve rankings. 

Since it takes about three months to onboard and land customers, and it has taken us about six months to improve our rankings, which is standard, I expect to see the results of the partnership reflected in our bottom line within the next quarter.

Their project management is spot-on because Minuttia made sure to set expectations at the very start of the project and set up the proper workflows. They document everything; the project management has been very clear. 

Communication and project management is done through email, Google Meet, and Google Drive folders. We reconvene every other week, but Minuttia is available if there's something urgent. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their expertise is great. For example, their LinkedIn strategist pointed out that we were getting erroneous indexing in the search engine, which we were able to fix.

MarkUp.io started as a spinoff project from our parent company, and other than a few targeted campaigns, it never really had any marketing structure or online visibility. As a preparation to move from a free tool to a freemium model, we needed to increase our online visibility and start attracting the high-intent audience we knew would benefit the most from our product.

The goals were to start ranking for some high-intent low-volume keywords and to do it as quickly as possible. We faced an additional challenge of facing structural issues with the website, but we decided to move forward anyway.

I have worked with Minuttia before, we have a great working relationship, and I knew that they have both internal expertise and the ability to deliver. As such, they were really the only company I considered.

The first phase was an in-depth keyword research project where Minuttia returned with a strong case of keywords and suggested approach for each, while also taking into consideration redirects from already ranking blog of a company we absorbed through an acquisition.

After that we agreed on the strategy, which included producing up to 8 SEO articles per month, which took some time to ramp up to, due to our own internal limitations. Within 3 months we already saw some key articles starting to rank, and our traffic just skyrocketed from there. We don't plan to stop any time soon.

I might not be the best person to answer, as I also have a delegated team member who took over the relationship due to time constraints. I do know we have two points of contact, and that the response time is always the shorted possible time, which makes the communication extremely smooth.

In just the past 6 months, our organic traffic tripled, and the number of keywords we are ranking for doubled, with all of the positions drastically improving, landing many of them on the first page of search. With all this, the quality of the signups to our platform has increased as well, because the organic traffic aggregated brings the high-quality audience to our website.

Very easy communication, bi-weekly meetings, and quarterly overviews. The deliverables are always on time.

Minuttia is always extremely helpful with catching some things that we missed on our end, which shows they really care about their clients, beyond their scope, which makes me feel like we're in secure hands.

Nothing really comes to mind - our relationship is as smooth as they come.

I am the co-founder @Mentionlytics. Mentionlytics is a Web & Social Media Monitoring platform that automatically tracks mentions to any keyword from the entire web (News sites, forums, blogs and ANY other website) and Social Media (Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Reddit etc). Our customers can monitor important keywords such as: their brand name and products, key people in the company, hashtags commonly used in their marketing, hashtags or key phrases commonly used in their industry, competitor brands and products.

Since implementing the SEO efforts, we improved our ranking in SERPs results for several keywords. Our organic site traffic is steadily growing.

Following a referral, we scheduled an interview with Georgios, managing partner at MINUTTIA. The final partnership decision was made after a thorough consideration of MINUTTIA's wide range of successful case studies.

Our partnership began with a call, where we were asked to provide basic information about the project. After that, I received a questionnaire requesting to provide as many details about the project as possible. Based on this information, MINUTTIA then started to work on keyword research and developed a really state-of-the-art document with all the keywords and content ideas. We are currently working with it, and it's super easy prioritize content topics in it.

After the keyword research was complete, I started receiving content briefs. We're still working with them, the briefs are very detailed, provide all the information the writer needs to write a high-quality article, especially when it comes to the structure. Once the article is complete, it's a must to check it through Clearscope, the link to which the company provides in every brief. This way, we ensure all content is SEO-optimized.

The main goal was also to drive traffic, to our website. If we compare the results in Search Console, in August-September we received only 45 clicks. In the first two months of working with MINUTTIA, the number of clicks rose to 216. Overall, in the period between October 2021 and March 2022, the number of clicks is over 10K.

MINUTTIA's management team is very professional interms of communication. None of my emails have been left without attention, I can always get extra help if needed. We had a problem with traffic due to Google updates in the beginning of 2022, and Georgios came up with the list of solutions very quickly.

Definitely the approach to SEO and creating briefs. There is no fluff in content briefs, everything is well-structured and to-the-point. Besides, the way these guys care about their clients is very professional.

No, we've been working with them for over six months, and we're more than satisfied with everything.

At this point, we decided that we could also try to outsource our content production for the established parts of our business to Minuttia. I love how much love and care both Georgios and Odysseas put into every piece of content and deliverable. They do their own research, they are proactive, and they share helpful tips and suggestions, even when it's outside the scope of their work.

MINUTTIA was the only one that added value upfront by presenting us a realistic view on what we can expect from them, as well as setting out the right expectations from the very beginning. The project started with the onboarding, where the company asked for business-related information, as well as for information that would form their strategy. After the onboarding was completed, we waited three weeks for MINUTTIA to prepare all the deliverables we'd agreed upon before we started working together. In the meantime, the team was proactively informing us about what they were working on and were always there if we had any questions or concerns.

When MINUTTIA had all the deliverables prepared, we set up a call where they presented us our findings - which were above and beyond our expectations - as well as giving us access to training material about how to create content and how to deal with several SEO elements, such as title tags and meta descriptions.

All deliverables were kept in a Google Drive folder (MINUTTIA calls it a "Private Client Folder") and we had access to it at any time.

Since the scope of the project wasn't to drive performance but to get help with our content and SEO strategy, we don't have any measurable outcomes to illustrate. We can say this though: these guys operate at an unreal level. We felt that they were there every step of the way.

Having heard stories about agencies taking over marketing programs, missing deadlines, and failing to deliver on their promises, we were really happy that we found and worked with MINUTTIA.

All the deliverables exist in Google Drive. The team is extremely communicative and very responsive. Throughout the whole project, we felt that they had the lead and that they knew what they were doing. Our calls, e.g. the onboarding call, were all made in Google Meet and everything ran smoothly each time.

They really care about you as the client and they're fully transparent with everything that they're doing. They're also very proactive when it comes to communicating the value of their work. It's a challenging time, especially being in the middle of the Pandemic. We know that achieving many of these objectives take time and are more of a marathon than a sprint. That said, very have been very pleased with our progress and had some unexpected wins along the way to our overall objectives.

Their project management style is very collaborative and they take the time to explain, help and support with whatever our needs are. We communicate regularly with email, Loom videos and bi-monthly Zoom calls.

Their level of transparency is very high. Many parts of SEO can appear as a dark art, smoke and mirrors, you never know what you are going to get or if you are being taken for a ride.

From day one, they thoroughly explained everything, answered any question, even shared all of their tools, templates and screens. They immediately established a trust and confidence and have continued since the beginning of the engagement.

I took some time with this question and honestly couldn't think of anything. Wish we started working together years ago.
