Scope of work was ISO 27001 implementation and certification. The project resulted in a fully compliant ISMS, well-documented processes and a successful certification.

Through ISO 27001 implementation, we achieved certification with no major non-conformities, reduced security incidents and improved risk scores. We implemented new policies, trained staff and improved our information security.

Key deliverables were education about ISO 27001 requirements and security controls, information security awareness training education, document creation (all documents and processes, forms, records, etc. that are necessary to be ISO 27001 compliant, creating and consulting related to risk methodology, risk assessment and risk treatment, conducting internal audit and certification support.

Enhanced information security and risk management process, having ISO 27001 certificate, increased reputation among clients, customers and stakeholders, global recognition and competitive advantage globally, etc.
