We hired Maven Collective to develop our Partner program and create a series of assets our Sales & Marketing teams could use to grow the number of Partners our company has.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
The founder, Erica, reached out to our CEO via LinkedIn and he forwarded to me to introduce. We ultimately decided using Maven as they have extensive experience developing Partner programs and showcased clear vision for the strategy of the program.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
Firstly, my sales lead and I had an introductory call with the founder, Erica to scope out the project and requirements. We then had a workshop session to define what the program entails and what assets would be required. Next, each asset was developed and reviewed with regular communication and weekly check ins. Finally, the project was delivered and a final conclusion call was held to complete the project.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
There were 3 people in total that I interacted with regularly and they were all instrumental in the completion of the project.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
As the project has just finished, we are yet to have quantifiable data around the success however the response from the sales team has been exemplary with feedback that the quality of the deliverables are tremendous.

We met on a weekly basis and also communicated regularly via email.

From the outset, the team at Maven Collective was professional, responsive, and extremely easy to work with. They took the time to fully understand our goals and developed customized strategies that were tailored to our needs. They were extremely skilled at bringing our ideas to life and were always willing to go the extra mile to ensure the success of our efforts. The team was a constant source of support and guidance throughout the process, always quick to respond to any questions or concerns.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We had a few technical hiccups with the platform that was used to exchange files, however this wasn't a major concern.
