LoveMobile handled a graphic ASO package for both stores (App Store and Google Play), creating a few graphic sets consisting of screenshots that emphasize the main features of the app nicely. Based on their competitive research, they also created seasonal variations, along with a Google Play banner.

The whole process began with aligning on the concept, which then adapting into designs for a range of sizes and formats. Ultimately, they helped us publish new graphics in both stores.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The new screenshots and Google Play banner were published successfully.
View-to-install conversion rate for App Store has more than doubled (2.5x growth) in this (post-update) week and increased by 64% in Google Play during the very first week. This led to a massive increase in installs.

• They provided the following services:
• Developed a promotion strategy;
• Determine 24 key queries and work with them;
• Hold on to the promotion work.

As a result, all our KPIs were successfully met.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Thanks to the efforts of Lovemobile, our app began to receive 8 times more installations than before the promotion. Additionally, we are able to observe that the game was able to take leading places, being 1st or 2nd in the specified key queries with maximum coverage. The game’s app went from 20th place to 1st.

LoveMobile ran an extensive campaign to encourage organic traffic and installs for our HealthCare app on the App Store. The campaign included:
- Detailed analytics of the keywords and their positions in the App Store.
- Creation and realization of a promotion strategy aimed at the target audience.
- Improved publishing scheduling options.

It was only in targeting the USA market. We keep on partnering with LoveMobile and planning how we can get our other apps into publicity.

There were very few areas to make recommendations for improvement as we were so pleased with the level of service that was delivered. And, even though it would bring additional value by extending their analytics and reporting to include deeper insights into user behavior post-install.
