Quincus is a logistics technology company that’s developing a self-service SaaS platform for the supply chain management. I am a brand lead at the company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Lepshey, and what were your goals?

Our website needed both visual (new branding) and functional redesign. From purely informative it transformed into a self-enrollment tool and our main lead generator. Users can now easily identify the suitable solution and subscription plan via a built-in questionnaire.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We did research, narrowed it down to 3 companies, and picked the one that had a stronger portfolio and immediately available resources.

We have prepared the content, new color palette, and basic wireframes for the team, but needed Lepshey's help with the new look and feel of the website. After several iterations, we finalize the design, illustrations style, and key blocks for the main page and from that quickly developed the rest of the pages. The next step was the development of the signup process and subscription pages - setting up the questionary, structuring subscription packages, and connecting external apps for lead capturing and self-enrollment registration.

A project manager, plus a graphic designer and developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We got a significant increase in lead captions, drastically improved lead qualification, and launched self-enrollment for SME.

We had weekly catch-ups and constant communication via Telegram. The timelines were clear and deadlines were always met. were met unless there was a delay from our side.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Most impressive is how much more convenient our Wordpress is right now! Lepshey works fast and efficiently, always precise and clear, and they have a unique ability to simplify complex projects into very manageable steps.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, if there were any minor issues after the launch they were fixed within hours.

I lead product design at ContactOut. ContactOut is a market-leading business and recruiting intelligence tool used by 30% of the Fortune 500. We win in the marketplace over all other competitors for three reasons, volume, accuracy, and our focus on personal information and have over 1.1 billion emails and over 50 million phone numbers. This accounts for over 75% email and 10% phone number coverage for all people on LinkedIn.

For what projects/services did your company hire Lepshey?

Getting the leading position on the market we concentrated on the product development, and then finalized that we need an up to date corporate site as since we started it wasn’t so attractive any more. We were looking for a new clean and modern design. We saw several projects on the Lepshey Portfolio and the style that they developed impressed us. They are definitely great design partners. Our dashboard and website were created over 5 years ago and had not been updated since that time. We wanted to refresh UX/UI design and to make it more user friendly, of course.

How did you select this vendor?

We worked with Lepshey before, and were satisfied by their quality and approaches. The UX/UI design of the dashboard was highly important for us, so we needed absolute result. So, Lepshey could give it to us.

As you can see we have a standard structure web-site. Most important part is content. And we worked on the project being focused on the right accents. Besides there is the part of the project that can be available only to our customers – Dashboard with the candidate list. Lepshey team was responsible for the design of both tasks.

PM managed the work of the team. We had a dedicated UI-designer for the corporate site, UX/UI designer who worked on the Dashboard and HTML-developer.

We hired them to redesign and redevelop one of our corporate websites, then continued working with them on an ad-hoc basis for various design tasks.

What were your goals for this project?

To build a modern style and user-friendly website that attracts leads.

How did you select this vendor?

We had a tender through which we selected about 15 design companies, then shortlisted with four others. After their final presentations, we decided to go with Lepshey.

We worked closely together to define the design strategy, so each page of the website has a unique design. We then did multiple reviews of each page, so the process was quite long, but ultimately a success.

What was the team composition?

We had an account manager, a designer, an HTML coder, and a developer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The first phase of the project took us about nine months, but we were really satisfied with the results. They developed a website that stands out among its competitors.

It was very effective. The engagement required a lot of communication, so all the issues were resolved quickly.

Their proactive approach impressed me—they brought many ideas that we really liked.
