I'm an illustrator and graphic designer.

For what projects/services did your company hire LenGreo, and what were your goals?

I hired LenGreo to run my Social Media and scale my business by finding new clients. As an artist, I excel in what I'm doing, but being a one-man army felt like wasting time on things I don't want to, and my business couldn't scale.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I knew Max, the Head of BD before, so I was familiar with what their team is doing and reached out when decided to scale. We had a meeting with Max and SMM team, I liked their creative approach and they sounded like professionals.

Basically, there no that many details. I decided that want to scale my business a long time ago, but just needed a partner who would care about it as if it is their own. And LenGreo became this partner. I explained to the team with which markets I'm currently working with, who my clients are, and noted results I want to achieve. LenGreo came up with a strategy and roadmap that leads to achieving my goals. As well as we developed a content strategy and decided on how we're going to scale.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked with Max, as a project manager. SMM specialist and the sales team. So four people in total.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I got enough new clients to fill my workload, and currently, I'm in the process of hiring a designer to grow my team. And the most important thing, I spent no time finding those clients, and could dedicate myself completely to doing my favorite thing. LenGreo also took good care of my Social Media, and I'm happy with its growth and the traffic it brings us.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was and still is seamless and very efficient, I'm keeping a hand on our progress with the Trello board. The team updates me about everything and we're having bi-weekly meetings, to check how things are going.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

LenGreo cares about what they are doing. I found them very professional and creative with their approach. Sometimes, the ideas they come up with are far out of the box, but I love that. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing I can remember. Overall I enjoy our cooperation and looking for even more in the future
