I'd say that Sergey's personality (CEO), and his attitude to business and life were one of the most decisive factors. in the initial offer, Lengreo was able to show value and professionalism. And that was a green light to me. KPI-oriented approach and cost/quality balance are the best which I have seen in the market.

We built two main goals for Lengreo as a marketing partner

1. Firefighting. We had a list of urgent issues that needed to be tackled. To find real customers here and now. LenGreo assessed sales and customer support operations and come up with primary objectives. In addition, they took over existing marketing operations which gave owners time to deal with other tasks.
2. Short-term strategies. trouble shooting is good but that is not all it takes to build good sales. Guys offered a list of improvements that matched our vision of the company's development and were a "ha" moment for us. Lengreo offered us new approaches that hadn't been on our radar.
3. Strategic development. Guys are reliable marketing partners and we are at the point where we develop mutual goals for the long term perspective.

As for numbers The architectural, Engineering, and Construction market has a relatively high cost of a lead. Before Lengreo came to play we had up to 5 new clients per year. Guys achieved the same result within 2 months and made this process scalable. Easy communication, client-oriented approach with clear KPIs. That's what guys have and what matches my expectations.

We have weekly catch-ups and on-demand calls. Plus email and messenger communications make the whole workflow seamless.

I mention just one thing but an outstanding one. It feels that the people with who we work are a part of my company and they share the same values and views.

I'd say better client's business industry awareness. But the guys are showing good progress in this direction.

A comprehensive strategy had to be developed, hence LenGreo evaluated how each of CXDojo's services can be promoted better, and what the main activities are that will bring us more revenue and strengthen our market position. After the strategy was ready, LenGreo provided us with Lead Generation and Sales Executives to implement it, and they’re continuously working with us, showing great results.

As an additional tool, LenGreo suggested using ad campaigns related to services we were pushing to the market. They have vast experience in combining Marketing and Sales activities and helped us with creating the profile of a buying persona, came up with the ideas for the ad campaigns, set up the inbound leads funnel, and led these activities. We have regular strategic meetings with their CEO and Head of BD to constantly improve our approaches and make our efforts even more productive.

LenGreo helped us understand which of our services are currently the most demanded and constantly give us a hand with developing and testing new ones. They also developed Lead generation and Sales processes and have grown the number of our clients several times. The inbound funnel they set up also works great, and we constantly get new leads from the website.

Basically, LenGreo’s specialists became a part of our team, and all along the way showed a great desire to help us in all aspects. The workflow was seamless, as we had regular meetings, and productive team brainstorms, and their responses never made us wait.

We had agreed that a month would suffice to have this project completed and they were able to completed this project 2 weeks ahead of schedule all whist remaining exceptionally professional, once they had completed the work, they set up another virtual meeting with me and had their lead developer on the call who was able to break down all the completed work in a clear and complete document

I hired LenGreo to run my Social Media and scale my business by finding new clients. As an artist, I excel in what I'm doing, but being a one-man army felt like wasting time on things I don't want to, and my business couldn't scale.

I knew Max, the Head of BD before, so I was familiar with what their team is doing and reached out when decided to scale. We had a meeting with Max and SMM team, I liked their creative approach and they sounded like professionals.

Basically, there no that many details. I decided that want to scale my business a long time ago, but just needed a partner who would care about it as if it is their own. LenGreo came up with a strategy and roadmap that leads to achieving my goals. As well as we developed a content strategy and decided on how we're going to scale.

I worked with Max, as a project manager. SMM specialist and the sales team. So four people in total.

I got enough new clients to fill my workload, and currently, I'm in the process of hiring a designer to grow my team. And the most important thing, I spent no time finding those clients, and could dedicate myself completely to doing my favorite thing. LenGreo also took good care of my Social Media, and I'm happy with its growth and the traffic it brings us.

It was and still is seamless and very efficient, I'm keeping a hand on our progress with the Trello board. The team updates me about everything and we're having bi-weekly meetings, to check how things are going.

LenGreo cares about what they are doing. I found them very professional and creative with their approach. Sometimes, the ideas they come up with are far out of the box, but I love that.
