During Covid, we realised that we are missing an online marketplace. There was no way to keep a presence in all over the world without having a website that provides all the services or products we offer. Our Main Aim to provide Information about the legal drugs and medicines we are manufacturing and exporting to the required ones.

This Website was built using WordPress CMS System.

When the website came into reality it was beyond my expectations. Information and design that has been added to my project will help me to increase my sales as it becomes more time saving and user friendly when specially considering the aspect for selecting the right choice for a pharmaceutical company. This is where I've been the most pleased.

They haven't missed a single call, and I can get in touch with them whenever I need to brainstorm something. I always look forward to my calls with them. They've been responsive whenever I need to change anything.

Their project is divided into different stages. There was a straightforward communication and online presentation for the project in a specific interval of completion of steps. We’re connected with each other via the communication platform skype and emails for having a discussion on this project.

I was impressed with their attention to detail and willingness to ensure transparency. On top of that, they seem to truly care about me. Over the years, they’ve gotten masters in their web development skills. Still, they do a great job of making me feel like I’m the very special client they have.

No, there aren’t any. I don’t have any complaints about them or don’t have any suggestions about improvement as I found the perfect solution to my needs. We’re a pharmaceutical company, and they’re essentially our IT team.

They then developed a completely new structure/design for our website.

They also added some custom features and integrated third party add ons and then worked on the UI of our website. Once the prototype was finalised after our online meetings the website was launched as a fully functioning website.

Lathiya Solutions was extremely flexible in terms of their project management style. We used common tools like skype , google meet etc. to communicate our ideas and for further discussion and finalisation of the website.

The most impressive thing that I have noticed was user research.

They always conducted meetings to update us on their development and they took note of our suggestions and added it while developing the website.
