Due to an implementation blocker for Marketo, we needed a way to convert Leads through a Flow.

I had worked with them previously with excellent results.

Apex codes deliver exactly what we needed and scoped for.

They are really easy to work with and do regular check ins.

Our company needed an integration to Salesforce Core to enable shipping label creation and tracking information to sync between the ShipStation platform and our customer's Salesforce instance.

We searched online and polled our customers using Salesforce on who their preferred Salesforce consultancy firm was.

We had a kickoff meeting with Konnectryx to relay our business goals, expectations, and wish list of features. We used Konnectryx's PM tools to track status of the project and their Zoom bridge for meetings.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching the integration we saw a 100% success rate with referred clients to the Konnectryx solution.

We had weekly calls to check in on progress and finished the project in about 2 months. Then we met weekly to ensure smooth operation.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

That Mike who is their CEO joined my weekly calls every single week. He rolls up his sleeves and works with his clients and partners daily!

To implement Ship Station and integrate it with Salesforce.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Standing in line at the post office and handwriting labels became unsustainable for this growing non-profit. The Stay Beautiful Foundation needed a solution to optimize their shipping process.

First they lead a discovery project and followed up with introduction calls to all of our team Salesforce leads. After that they got to work immediately and provided a solution and followed up with a quick execution.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Changed our shipping strategy by leveraging programs like ShipStation and Salesforce with the help of Implementation partner Konnectryx. This allows the foundation to see all their customer information in one place, create customized orders, create labels, and get the beauty boxes in the hands of women 5X faster.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The team was so very easy to stay connected with.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I loved their willingness to drive impact and understand our mission for putting beauty on women affected by cancer.

Provide documentation for off-boarding.
