The guarantee suspension service agreement inlcuded the following deliverables: 

• Google Merchant Center Suspension Fix within 60 days of the start date.
• Google Ad Account Suspension Fix within 60 days of the start date.
• If your accounts get suspended within 30 days after the suspension is lifted, we will fix it again.

Day updates and having each suspension in the Google Merchant Center account and Google Ads account unsuspended.

Create a project board that the client can view to see how each issue is tracking instead of having to follow up with a representative each day.

We joined with KeyCommerce to run our Google ads marketing campaigns and strategies

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We shortlisted a few agencies for interview and then assessed their proposals in depth. KeyCommerce seemed to 'get us' right from the beginning. They spoke our language and understood where our expertise in our product and knowledge of our customers could work alongside their expertise in getting to those customers.

After a discovery/set up phase we moved into them managing the account as a whole and keeping us informed along the way. We grew the account significantly in this time.

Our campaigns were successful with good growth

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

KeyCommerce use Slack for their comms. We get a weekly Loom video and regular comms and questions back and forth. The communication was always fast and excellent.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their communication was excellent, and I liked their drive to really understand our business.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No we were very happy with everything.
