Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our app is now far more professional looking with improved usability. We're able to use high fidelity prototypes to user test features before handing to the software team to code. We're excited to release the next version of our Wordpress website based on their designs. They redesigned our powerpoint slide deck, which clients have praised.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

At first there were some teething challenges around communication. These were quickly worked out with their management and also via their attending our software team meetings. Now they're working as full-time members of our team and producing impressive results.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They're trustworthy, reliable, true professionals. They're smart and have learned a great deal which shows from the quality of their work from our consulting UX coach. They coordinate very closely together without any need for us to manage them.
