Before JumpSeat, we didn’t have a formal sales funnel. Today, we have a robust sales funnel that’s driven 22 new accounts. We’ve quadrupled our web traffic as well.
How did JumpSeat perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re outstanding. We have routine 2–3 Zoom calls per week. We also have one-off phone calls and emails.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re not confined by the scope of work. They’ll do whatever it takes to achieve the objective.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could have gotten the designs we were looking for to us faster.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
My advice is to be open-minded and show your dirty laundry. Be clear about your expectations and things will go well.
