Most marketing agencies outsource their work overseas, and provide an account manager fresh out of college. Jives Media has a totally different approach. We worked directly with the CEO and Founder, Jay Ives, and the team's SEO specialist. Their process allows them to drive serious results and provide life changing solutions for their clients.

Once we implemented the strategies brought to us by Jives Media we saw a spike in phone calls and website form submissions. This further led to client engagement and continuous work for us.

For a boutique marketing and advertising agency, they truly strive to create a unique and personal experience targeted to what our goals are.

At the moment, we truly cannot think of a way that Jives could improve. We were happy with our overall experience!

I would give it a 9 out of 10 but only because of my own delays in responding, from his side it was a 10.

They provide instructions on what to write in my Craigslist ads. The team has also helped me set up Google so that when somebody searches my name, I will be at the top of the search results. So far, the team has talked me through everything. They continue to provide consulting services.
