I’m the director of operations for a Jacksonville-based property management company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Jax Media Team?

We hired Jax Media Team to create new websites for businesses that would be a part of our family of companies. They also performed ongoing SEO and various digital marketing services.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted them to create new websites for each of our companies and maintain them to increase our presence online.

How did you select this vendor?

I searched for local web development/SEO companies, found about three providers, and interviewed each of them. Jax Media was cost-effective and presented the best profile for our company goals. 

Furthermore, they had the warmest attitude when delivering their presentation. They immediately felt like both a friend and a partner in what we were setting out to accomplish, and they’d carried that feeling throughout the years.

Jax Media Team helped us make internal technical transitions by developing and maintaining three websites, including a property management site and a real estate development site. They then launched an aggressive SEO campaign and provided digital marketing and social media services for each of our companies.

What was the team composition?

Jax Media worked directly with me, and I took direction on our company vision and goals. They implemented anything I asked and provided guidance when the scope of work was outside of my understanding.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Previously, our websites didn’t rank in search results at all, so we created new websites together. Once implemented, our sites began to rank and ultimately landed one of the top positions. This generated new business for our companies.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Jax Media Team set realistic expectations and handled everything. I never had to worry about timelines as their team always met my expected deadline or was ahead of schedule. I really relied on them to take the lead on managing the projects, and they did it without question. 

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Jax Media Team became my friends. I was impressed with their professionalism, responsiveness, advice, and guidance. Furthermore, they always went the extra mile on anything tech-related, even if it was beyond the scope of work. They were willing to help me and were highly responsive.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, I cannot provide criticism. They are simply an excellent team.
