We’ve been working with itDesk - Developers Poland for quite a while now and are really happy with the collaboration. The developer working with us is excellent — highly reliable, quick to respond, proactive, and truly feels like a part of our own team, both in terms of communication and working style.

itDesk - Developers Poland’s project management is very quick and good. We’re part of the team, so we use Scrum meetings and other communication methods.

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the CEO of a mobile app platform for which we wanted to create a website.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire ItDesk, and what were your goals?

We wanted to increase the functionality of the mobile application, broaden its audience by creating a website for it - a platform - and thus improve the lives of people who are struggling with diabetes and obesity.

Our main goal is to create such an effective platform for current and future users, which can be easily and freely updated from the administrator's side.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We chose the itDesk company 'on recommendation'. After reading their offer, which they prepared for us, and after verifying their previous projects in this area, we decided to cooperate.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Our project is under development and implementation. We periodically hold meetings with itDesk and new functionalities of interest are implemented on an ongoing basis. The continual implementation of new solutions has contributed significantly to the improvement of our product, as well as increased user interest.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We are in collaboration with two people from itDesk: the project manager and the web developer assigned to us, with whom we have regular contact.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since working with itDesk, we have noticed an increase in the number of people interested in our product, which makes us very happy. Among the users of the platform, positive, appreciative comments have started to appear with increasing intensity. We are satisfied with this process.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The project manager is available and available to us. We hold regular meetings, using the available communicators as well as email or telephone.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Services are performed reliably and on time. Staff are available and contactable. New functionalities are introduced in a planned and efficient manner.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

At this point we have no comments in this regard.
