Our management team made contact with iRonin after receiving a positive recommendation from one of iRonin’s customers. I also personally verified the technical competence of the iRonin team members assigned to our project.

The iRonin team was hired as an extension of the existing team (initially two developers). Later, the team grew up to five developers and became the core of the team. The team worked directly with the Project Manager and UI/UX designer and faced current challenges and business expectations.

The tech stack used in the project consisted of TypeScript, NodeJS (ExpressJS), ReacjJS, Docker, PostgreSQL, GitLab (GitLabCI), Auth0.

In the beginning, Project Solar employed 2 engineers to expand the project. One Senior Full-stack dev and a Junior dev, but with time and growing trust in iRonin, the team grew to 5 developers.

The “fully installed” application has been significantly developed with new functionalities. The team also provided code and high-quality solutions, to the business requirements set by the Project Manager.

The overall project was managed using Kanban and 2 weeks sprints with Jira scrum boards. Our team was in constant contact with iRonin’s developers, using Slack for instant messaging and Google Meet for formal discussions and planning.

The Birb Nest is a trading group founded in December 2017 by Adrian Zduńczky, the Chartered Marketing Technician® behind the popular @CRYPTOBIRB Twitter account. The Birb Nest was founded in response to intense demands from Twitter followers who wanted to be involved in cryptocurrency trading.

The Birb Nest is now a successful trading community with a team of fully-trained members serving hundreds of clients.

The Birb Nest uses both Discord and Telegram to communicate with their community. Due to the large volume of users and subscribers, they needed a way to automate management of members to reduce the cost and resources required to keep the community running.

So it was decided that they needed to deploy intelligent bots to assist with day-to-day administration of both channels.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The Birb Nest management team made contact with iRonin after receiving a positive recommendation from one of iRonin’s client.

The first stage of the project was to create a new landing page for Birb Nest community members. This new page would then direct them towards education, training and marketing materials.

The second stage was to build an independent Telegram bot that would manage assigned user accounts and synchronize data with their current subscription state. An existing Discord bot was also upgraded to provide similar functionality.

The idea was to build bots that assign roles for users as a new product, tracking and granting user roles independently. Both bots were built using Python, Asyncio, AIOGram, RabbitMQ and SQLAlchemy technologies.

iRonin was able to complete the entire project on time and budget. This was particularly impressive as the project had some extremely tight deadlines. iRonin was able to help us define project scope, map out the milestones and meet all the agreed deliverables according to schedule.

They helped us to optimize our website and enter an entirely new market, further enhancing our community offering.
