The team is great. The sales manager is a very nice girl, answering our questions. Then we worked with the account manager and the target scientist. Always rapid feedback and exhaustive answers to all questions. They can hear and listen to the client.

Also, we liked the team initiative. They are always ready to provide a report on the work done on request, are open to communication, making calls, where all working issues were clarified.
