Such system contains of representative web site, admin web app, 2 mobile apps for construction workers (android + ios) and 2 mobile apps for foremen supervising construction workers (android + ios). Future scope will also have mobile apps for customers (construction companies searching for freelance construction workers). Key deliverables from Intobi contains representative web site, admin web app, backend system with api.

• MVP of platform was released live and real business started using it.
• Platform development continues and will be developed further with help of Intobi.

Project management was done from our side, Intobi provided developers only. But there was person from Intobi who always was there to help us with our HR needs. If we needed more developer or we had any other HR related questions, he was always there to help asap.

Quality of developer Intobi provides is really high. Also, the speed with which they were able to provide developers on demand was impressive.

Frontend's UI/UX design was part of a larger reform, where technology is modernized on many levels. The frontend project was started in a headless way, which turned out to be a good way to proceed. Design was done flexibly at the same time as frontend development. With this model, we were able to keep an eye on the customer experience without major technical limitations.

The design was made with Figma. As the outcome we got a design system, UI components and page layouts. We also used interactive prototypes and user testing.

We used agile methods and the designer was part of our own team. The workflow was very fluent.

The company was flexible and they took care of us as a customer.

We were actively looking for tech houses to outsource our developers, and throughout the pile of companies, Andrew from Intobi always had a direct honest approach. It was easy to get down to business while adjusting to each other. their developers are top-notch, and it is hard to complain about their ethics.

They provided us with a Full-Stack developer which was experienced in Angular which was the needed talent at that time. We then later saw potential by using our expertise in Blockchain and the developer's fats paced learning capability to launchpad other projects which were Web3 based with great success.

The recruitment process began with contacting Intobi and requesting a proposal for a specific project. Into then reviewed the project requirements and develops a proposal outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and cost. We quickly then saw the potential to restructure into a fulltime position provided by Intobi.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

With their support, we were able to develop our products faster than anticipated. We have successfully completed 5 projects always with great results, and now entering the 6th project.

Even though their developers are Remote, they became a part of our team. Adapted to our scrums and 2 weeks sprints.

Their high-level developers at cost-effective prices are impressive. Valuing their proactive suggestions for solving problems.

Given the situation of the Russian Invasion in Ukraine, and how responsive and proactive they have been, we don't have any improvement recommendations to point out today.

After the launch of our new platform, we can now meet the demand, and adding new features is now a matter of hours, not days.

As the team has matured, communication has improved a lot.

A year later, when the need arose to expand our current team, we opened the conversation again with Intobi. After having the two Intobi developers on the project for some time, we have been able to stabilise our platform which has allowed us to scale, as well as update the UI and make more UX-based development decisions.

The management style was mostly directed by us as the developers are acting as an extension of our team. Both communication and responsiveness are excellent.

They very evidently place the needs of their customer and project first. This extends to deciding who to place on the project as well as checking in on progress and maintaining employee motivation on their side.

One suggestion could be that for customers who aren't tech literate to offer a consultation as part of the hiring process to determine the right stack and hire for the project.

We needed a UX/UI design for our platform.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We've been designing new platform features, and they’ve helped analyze the existing user journey. After the analysis, Intobi created a new user journey and updated the wireframes using Figma. They’ve followed the existing brand guidelines throughout the UX/UI design revamp.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I like that Intobi’s designer suggests things outside the box; the platform’s UX/UI now looks better. When I worked with UI and UX designers before, I had to tell them everything. Whereas here, their designer takes the initiative to bring new ideas, which has been very useful.

How did Intobi perform from a project management standpoint? 

I give Intobi an excellent project management rating; they follow our deadlines. We have meetings at least once a week to discuss what needs to be done next. Sometimes, we have another meeting during the week if we have any follow-ups. We have open communication, and they are always there, even on the weekends, which is really great. We use monday.com, Slack, Google Meet, and Zoom for communication. So far, everything has been good.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I think their strength is in how they think outside the box and the creativity they bring to the process.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Even with the current situation — the Russian Invasion of Ukraine — they’re doing brilliant work. To be honest, I don’t have anything negative to say.

We were using a fairly new technology for mobile app development called Flutter. We wanted to enhance our mobile app as per the feedback from thousands of users. We wanted to make those enhancements and put the release out to the users as soon as possible.

The project required the Intobi team to enhance an existing mobile app to provide more capabilities for the users. That included development of 6-8 screens with data exchange with the server and complex UI rendering logic. We were able to develop the intended features in time and with right quality. The team at Intobi worked hard to understand the product goals and were able to deliver the features as expected.

The communication from the Intobi team was top notch. We used several tools like Slack, JIRA, Google meet, Zoom etc. for communication. The Intobi team was always on top of things, communicating any queries and schedule adjustments without any delay.

The company leadership was visionary, flexible, and forward-looking. They understood our vision, needs and limitations very well. Today's world is all about partnership and shared goals. Intobi proved to be a great partner for us.
