We wanted to develop the Cloud Based Platform for Test case management.

How did you select Innovix and what were the deciding factors?

We have gone through the Multiple organisations with our definition and problem Statement, we want to connect such a organisation which can empathise the real problem of Software Testers to manage and maintain the test cases.

We wanted to build the Test cases Management System. Its cloud based platform, where Software QA Can create the Test cases repository, Execute the Test cases, Shows the Analytics of Executed Test cases along with their status.

How many people from the Innovix team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We hire 3 Software Engineers form Innvonix Team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are extremely happy with Deliverables, They delivered the Phase 1 of the Project in 4 Months, which is on time. Its ongoing engagement with them for multiple phases.

Innvonix team is productive to manage the project. We used Agile Methodologies to Develop the Projects.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Execution and On time delivery is the most impressive for us, as we have seen almost software projects are never get completed on the time.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Improvement on QA Domain may help them to do better brainstorming.

We hired them for end-to-end development of a software module designed to help us manage appointments, profit calculations, bill generations, communication with affiliates, and staff operations, among other tasks.

Our goals were to minimize the manual requirements of profit calculations and maximize productivity.

The scope was to develop customized software for our spa that could handle every aspect of our business, from employee attendance to revenue receipt and tax payments.

The team consisted of a dedicated project manager, core developers, and testers.

They developed the software exactly as I wanted it. Monetary transactions are now much easier.

I was most impressed by their punctuality in delivery.

Are there any areas where they can improve?

They are a small and an effective team that is fully capable of handling small and most medium-sized projects (up to $5 million USD). After their planned expansion in a few months, they should be able to deliver large projects as well.
