They carried out an impressive market survey and gathered significantly more feedback than we were able to. To demonstrate the demand for the app, they summarized the findings from their survey.

Their responsiveness to technical questions was outstanding. Moreover, their technical team, UX designers, and project managers collaborated effectively, ensuring that everyone was informed about the progress on both sides. Overall, they were very supportive in addressing our questions and maintaining communication. We look forward to continuing our partnership and obtaining additional funding.

They performed exceptionally well. On the first day, they provided a comprehensive overview of the project. They adhered to all deadlines and organized the timeline from October to December. Despite some last-minute challenges we presented, they successfully navigated each one.

We utilized Basecamp and email for communication. This allowed us to message them and track their progress. Everything was organized in a way that made it clear when we needed to provide our materials, and they prepared a Gantt chart for us to review.

The app was developed for company internal purpose to manage Employees, Process, Work, CRM and many more modules in it. The main goal of the app was to reduce the paper work and make every process aligned and smoother.

The other reason for the app was to get realtime reports to the management and take actions immediately and do the needful. Reports are helpful to take corrective actions whenever required.

We've searched Google and found many companies that I thought were good at work and communication. When I had a proposal from them and met with those companies' project managers, I felt most confident with Infoventive Technologies. They’re good at communication and are cost-effective compared to other companies.

They provided the CVs of their skilled developers. After a discussion with our team and management, we decided to work with them.

As I said before, the app was developed for company internal purpose to manage Employees, Process, Work, CRM and many more modules in it. The main goal of the app was to reduce the paper work and make every process aligned and smoother. We need apps to be on both platforms iOS and Android.

An Admin Dashboard along with the App was provided to the management to get the realtime reports and take quick actions immediately and do the needful. Reports are helpful to take corrective actions whenever required.

What was the team composition?

Infoventive provided us a dedicated team for this project. We were having a dedicated Project Manager, Android Developers, iOS Developers, Backend Developers & Designers. Overall, I can say around 7-8 professionals were engaged on our project.

My customer was very happy getting this platform. They have tested it for around 2 months and finally gave approval to make it available for everyone inside the company. Management was happy after seeing the results and reports from the app. They got what exactly they needed from my side.

Team was very supportive and communicative. Whenever I needed to communicate and pass on any kind of information or feedback to them, they were available most of the times. I would say, The team was responsible and dedicated. They took good care of my work.

We have used a Project Management tool for regular updates and feedback. Apart from that regular Phone Calls, Skype Calls and regular email conversations.

They are having skilled & professional developers. The've fulfilled my customer's needs, that's all I was needed. The most impressive thing is that Mr.Ravi who is actually founder of this company was involved in this project. He took a good care of my project. They kept trust with us.

Sometimes, we faced miscommunication issues with the Project Manager but later on it was resolved by Ravi. Based on my request, he allocated another Project Manager to my project. Otherwise I never face any kind of issues.

Our IT procurement research team conducted a lengthy research activity which lasted for few weeks and then we finalised 5 companies to contact and Infoventive was one of them. We asked for relevant work examples and estimates to build our platform. The best thing we got from Infoventive was their level of engagement and understanding the requirements. They asked us many questions and also given us suggestions which helped us to make our platform even better for our clients.

Infoventive team was having good team to engage on this project. Firstly, they have delivered our website and then mobile apps after some time. Overall, we are happy and it's very convenient for our users to use the applications.

Just after launching the beta version for specific user group, the response was superb. We got excited and asked Infoventive to complete the app and launch the final version asap. The next release was very nice and now at this time our maximum traffic and users are from our apps. We are very happy with the dedication and commitment from Infoventive team.

The communication and project reporting between our IT team and Infoventive was excellent. Their team was always good in giving valuable inputs about the project. Timelines was very strict and they delivered things always on time.

The most impressive thing would be their engagement and support provided to clients. We as a client never felt that we have hired another company to build our app. We are working as a single team and the level of communication and support in development stages are excellent.
