The website will serve as an online platform to showcase the client's products/services and provide essential information to their target audience. The project will encompass various phases, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment, all conducted in close collaboration with the client.

Key Deliverables:

1. Project Plan and Proposal: - A comprehensive project plan outlining the project's timeline, milestones, and resources required. - A detailed proposal highlighting the project scope, objectives, and cost estimation.
2. Requirements Gathering: - Conducting meetings with the client to understand their business goals, target audience, and specific requirements for the website. - Documenting functional and non-functional requirements to ensure the website meets the client's expectations.
3. Design Phase: - Creation of wireframes and mockups based on the gathered requirements, providing a visual representation of the website's layout and structure. - Review and approval of the design by the client before proceeding to development.

We were launching a delivery application and Indylogix helped us with the development and marketing of the Application.

From their past clients we were able to pick them as they deliver on time and their work is capturing.

We are working for a mobile application, It is the Grocery delivery application. Key steps was to define the SOW, as this was diffrent from the otherplayers in the market, things have been aligned as per the timeline.

communication was always managed by Jay the Vp-Sales.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Currently the project is still in progress. From the project plan it was broken down to 5 milestone deliverables. The IndyLogix team has meet 4 of those deliverables on time and they have been very agile in their approach. Handling requirements changes very well and well on track to deliver a quality system.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We never had any issue within the work flow, team was fully aware of the scenario, and everything one have performed based on the assigned roles. we always had the weekly meeting schedule to overcome the escalation.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The communication, Followup and energy towards delivering the app, Most impressive thing we liked is having worked with Paresh who is the BA (Business Analyst) , who did the Scope of work for us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They are doing everything we asked for, including the needed changes on the app.

Good.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Communication was difficult over seas because of time difference. Time frame of the project was slow due to miscommunication from developers and not enough attention to detail. Priyanka was a wonderful communicator and did her best to make the project align with my vision.

She was wonderful. I wish developers were more readily available to communicate with me but because of time difference it was difficult.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very kind and patient people.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Accommodate to EST time zone even if it means staying a little bit later in the office to complete work. The work can be done quicker if they are willing to work weekends for a time-sensitive project. Paying close attention to detail and modern-day designs.
