They’re good at following up and going above and beyond. Above all, they’re excellent at brainstorming, and they share a lot of different ideas that allow us to improve our website.
Are there any areas they could improve?
It’ll be nice if they use a program that has graphs and charts for our results, but they’re probably doing it because my boss likes numbers whereas I’m a visual person. I’m also interested to see them try different ways of reporting, and I want to keep hiring them to see if they can be very consistent with everything they’re doing.

Be very open and detailed with what you’re looking for. They’re in India and since there’s a time difference, you need to be on top of the communication between your teams.
