No improvements to SEO rankings, poor content quality, little to no strategic advice. It looked like a non-English speaker was creating our metadescription optimizations.

We had weekly meetings, but the account manager didn't seem prepared at all with our meetings. He didn't provide any explanations, and kept reassuring us that we will start seeing results later.
