Very responsive. Even though the project was delayed due to hardware issues, they were patient and worked with our timing.

They were very dedicated to the project with a strong work ethic to get it completed even when there were difficult challenges to overcome.

For what projects/services did your company hire iGex Solutions, and what were your goals?

We purchased the WPSCHOOLPRESS (school management system) from iGex Solution. We had done an extensive and although we found another system with more features and cheaper, the iGex solution looked much more professional, was more robust and super important case with a very responsive and knowledgeable support organisation.

I did not feel safe running our school with a system that did not have good support.

How did you select iGex Solutions and what were the deciding factors?

Features were important, the robustness and professional looking nature of the application kept us interested, but deal clincher was the super level of support iGex Solution offered and the face that backed this up with a customisation consultancy services.

The base product gave each class teacher too much access to security sensitive data of other teachers, pupils and parents that they were not responsible. To comply with our data security regulations, we introduced a new application role called Manager and restricted the Teacher role to only access details for details for class members that they are responsible.

A manager was also associated with a a group of classes, so can step in to teach the class if the need arises.

3 people from the vendors team worked with me. Support engineer, The business analyst/business development manager and the Development lead. I did not deal directly with the test lead.

The project was executed to time and budget

They project management style was very communicative which was great. We provided the specifications and the team stuck with it.

iGex Solution is responsive and a great communicator. They were were only a message away every time I needed them

I would always like to pay less, but I know one has to pay for quality!

The website looks amazing. the feedback has been very positive. It ticks all boxes.

Communication with iGex is excellent. Communication is very important to me. They go the extra mile to break things down in video if I don't quite understand the technical language of IT.
