As the project was focused on the educational system, our "clients" were the teachers, the "parents" and the "students", so the only measurable thing has been that the new image of the academic area that has been implemented has been liked of the entire educational community.

The management style is based on 3 pillars, fundamentally:

• Commercial staff, which is the first step in communication/management
• Development control staff
• Developer/s Communication is fluid with the 3 pillars of management

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I really liked:

• The humane treatment
• The flexibility of the work and the adaptation to the requested needs
• The technical professionalism
• The quality/price ratio
• The dedication

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

What has cost me the most work is adapting to the time difference, since there are 5 hours difference between the two countries, and on many occasions I have had to adapt my schedule hard to be able to work with them in real time.

Goals were to develop the website and it's features as listed in the business requirements doc. I wanted the website that would compete the competitive market in Georgia as the start, in the future I am planning with them to develop it for the EU Market.

I find the vendor on Linkedin, I contacted them, although I interviewed a lot of potential vendors, finally I decided to hire iGex Solutions, since they were great responsive and perfect communicatiors, capable to answer on all my upcoming questions and topics.

It took around 2 months to develop the website, they provided the constant updates to me.

They implemented the features that are qcrutial for the online Ads website. Ads categories, free and VIP ads, Vendor stores, Top Sellers by categories, posting an ads, perfect working search, filters by the price, location, categories, sell, hire, exchange, to-give, etc.

I have worked with the complete team, they were communicating effectively and delivering the results, updates and constant improvement, that was the most important to me.

We are about to lunch the website this months, I shared some of the aspects of the website already with the potential users and had the great impressions on it.

They are able to communicate effectively and efficiently, they use the most advanced programming languages and they give you free choice to choose any programming language you need. In the future I am planning to create the App with them.

They were providing solutions at all the aspects, so I cannot think of anything that they could not deliver.

We were looking for a partner to develop a solution that was outside of what we normally fo and did not have the competency within our team. We were looking for a solution that would provide a student management system that tied into our existing database.

We searched online for similar solutions and came across one the iGex Solutions had built already that was a starting point for what we were looking for.

We had an initial meeting to discuss the solution we needed, then they came back with a detailed proposal that we accepted. We had several deliverable stages in the project along the way in order to deliver the final product.

We met with the sales team and then once we agreed to terms we have primarily worked with the project manager.

We are just launching the project, so no concrete evidence yet.

We had great daily communication from the project manager via a Word doc that indicated what had been completed and any questions their team had.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The detailed communication on a daily basis was great.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The biggest challenge we had was conveying what we needed to someone who was familiar on some levels but not with the details, so it took a bit to clearly arrive at what was needed.

We hired iGex to create a new Wordpress website. The goals was for it to be easy to use for both admin and consumers.

Sophie was very friendly and created a SOW that was easy to follow. Their offer was also in our budget range.

After the SOW was sent to us, we made some changes to it, then iGex started developing the website and asked us questions along the way if they needed some information. When the site was ready we were allowed to inspect both front-end and back-end and give feedback.

We have no measurable outcome yet but we are very happy with the deliverability of iGex.

They probably use an internal PMS because all our communication was done over WhatsApp, which I really liked.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I've never worked with an IT firm that was as quick to respond, fix bugs, and add features.

They could add more comments in the code, but that is just my personal taste. It was not included in the SOW.

We get connected with iGex via LinkedIn. I had a bug fixing job for our website from where our business relationship started and after that we discussed and proposed a mobile app for which I am writing this review.

iGex have provided the whole dedicated team which anyone required to design and develop a mobile application. They have provided the support from app features BRAINSTORMING (as we don’t have a well drafted requirements).

With the help of this brainstorming we have finalize the requirements and even to test their quality of work we didn’t gave a work them straight away they have proved their quality work by hard work and they provided the demo of amazing animated app intro screen so I must say their involvement is more than 100%.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

At the beginning of the Application our plan is to stick with the app having only one calculator but after their hard work and capability we have added 3 more calculators in the application and even now working on the phase II of the application and only these happens because of their brainstorming capabilities.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

iGex is using Freedcamp as a project management tool and it makes the things very much easier for us. Whenever I found anything or would like to give any suggestion then I just have to open the FreedCamp and write it down in it and need to assign the task to specific person like designer, developer or tester. In short, I can easily communicate with everyone at the iGex.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

iGex Solutions' brainstorming skills and ability to respond quickly were impressive. Big plus point is their well define procedure from start to end of the work.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Yes, I think they need to increase their team size. No doubt whatever team size they have right now is well managed and very well experienced but as they are providing such quality work, I think they can increase the team size as well provide a quicker turnaround AND also perhaps work the same hours that we do in NZ for immediate communication rather than waiting overnight

iGex Solutions have taken the lead in designing and developing all of our apps. The mobile apps are compatible with both iPhone and Android, and they code our web applications with PHP. The team also provides support with bug fixes and updates.

We began working with iGex Solutions in 2017, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’re constantly receiving positive feedback from our customers. Whenever there are problems with the apps or website, the team is extremely responsive and understands the importance of remedying the issue quickly.

We continue to work with them and don’t have plans to end our engagement, as we know we can trust them to implement any updates when we face changes in compliance standards within the app stores. 

How did iGex Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

iGex Solutions has a great ability to smoothly and efficiently structure their workflow in projects. Their timelines are very predictable, which we find reassuring in a partner. 

The team is also flexible when it comes to change. There are often situations where we decide to make adjustments to our goals for a particular product, and they always implement our ideas without any push back.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The team is very engaged and driven to reach the milestones we set for them. Also, their communication skills are superb. iGex Solutions understands exactly what we want and are able to get it right the first time.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Other than making their services more affordable, there’s nothing they could do differently.

If you go into the engagement with a clear and organized vision and budget, your project will go smoothly and quickly.

This project is currently going through beta testing. iGex has created something out of nothing in a very timely manner.

We purchased the WPSCHOOLPRESS (school management system) from iGex Solution. We had done an extensive and although we found another system with more features and cheaper, the iGex solution looked much more professional, was more robust and super important case with a very responsive and knowledgeable support organisation.

I did not feel safe running our school with a system that did not have good support.

SOLUTION

How did you select iGex Solutions and what were the deciding factors?

Features were important, the robustness and professional looking nature of the application kept us interested, but deal clincher was the super level of support iGex Solution offered and the face that backed this up with a customisation consultancy services.

The base product gave each class teacher too much access to security sensitive data of other teachers, pupils and parents that they were not responsible. To comply with our data security regulations, we introduced a new application role called Manager and restricted the Teacher role to only access details for details for class members that they are responsible.

A manager was also associated with a a group of classes, so can step in to teach the class if the need arises.

They project management style was very communicative which was great. We provided the specifications and the team stuck with it.

iGex Solution is responsive and a great communicator. They were were only a message away every time I needed them

I would always like to pay less, but I know one has to pay for quality!
