There was no website and it was new setup. Since we didn't have in-house developers to invest in a new website, we hired this team to design and develop a WordPress site for us. By doing this, we were hoping to increase our traffic substantially by the end of the year.

We had a kick off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. From there, the team delivered mock-ups and wireframes for our site. After a few iterations, their team designed and developed an informational WordPress site. They updated the content to reflect our company's service and created a landing page with a contact form.

A Project manager was our main point of contact throughout the process. There were also 2 stack developers and a designer working behind the scenes.

After Launching our site, we saw a 50% increase in traffic, and our incoming leads doubled month over month thanks to the landing page. Clients love the updated design, and they now have a better understanding of our services.

We had daily stand-ups with their project manger, who communicated with the rest of the team. If there were any delays, they let us know ahead of time so that we could prepare.

They gave us a Professional site that's easy to update. My team had never worked with WordPress before,so they took the time to teach us how to update the content ourselves.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

When we first launched, there were some minor bugs on the contact form. We let them know, and they were quick to fix the issues.

We need a complex complaint management system, which is role based, having complex workflows and many other customization beyond basic flows.

Deliverable are complete requirement analysis documents, solution design and functional specification documents, architectural diagrams, complete code with unit testing and QA, UAT, deployment, post deployment testing, user manuals, training etc.

I was directly in contact with CEO initially, than their PM came in contact as the project moves on. Further my team was in coordination with icreativez development & QA team during the whole cycle

Currently working on a limited set of technologies, can grow more and start working on more advanced technologies.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve done a lot of projects together. One involved government and one involved a corporate company looking for a website.

I outsourced my website and technical coding to them. It was a long process that started with the design phase and getting approval from the client. They then developed the sites and coded them, making sure they were dynamic. We did QA testing and then submitted the final product around three to six months after the start date.

The government project we did was a huge success for farmers. As they usually live in rural areas and don’t have smartphones, Icreativez Technologies created very simple software that allows complaints to be sent through a text message. That message is sent to seven different locations within the relevant department of government. It was really revolutionary and made farmers’ work easier.

We communicated at least once a week. Mahboob is a very good friend of mine.

They never said no to something that I needed, and they were very cooperative. They’d always deliver above and beyond.

Clients should have proper details about what they need and male sure that everything documented. Icreativez Technologies' working process requires a good level of detail.
