This was particularly evident in their handling of the specific requirements for finding suitable EMI and PSP solutions for our type of business. Their innovative approach and willingness to navigate uncharted territory were truly remarkable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Icon.Partners could have done differently?

I might be mistaken, but I had the impression that the task of finding and integrating EMI/PSP solutions for the adult business was new for the Icon.Partners team. During the initial planning, I was assured that they had experience in this area, which gave me absolute confidence in the outcome. However, as we worked on this task, it became clear that the team was taking longer to find a solution, suggesting they don't have an existing strategy from previous experience. 

This did not affect my overall impression or evaluation of their work, but in the future, I would prefer complete transparency in communication so I can better assess the chances and outcomes.
