Scope of Work: IKF’s Digital Services Engagement
1. Website Design
Objective: To visually communicate the brand identity while enhancing user engagement through a modern, responsive, and intuitive interface.

Key Activities:

Requirement Gathering & Brand Study: Understanding the business objectives, target audience, brand guidelines, and functional needs.
Wireframing & UI/UX Design: Creating interactive wireframes followed by custom UI designs optimized for desktop and mobile interfaces.
Responsive Design Implementation: Ensuring cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
Visual Content Strategy: Selection of brand-aligned color schemes, typography, icons, banners, and imagery.

2. Website Development
Objective: To build a scalable, secure, and performance-optimized website aligned with modern web standards.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our website’s overall performance improved significantly after working with IKF. We saw a 45% reduction in page load times, and our mobile responsiveness score went up to over 95 on Google PageSpeed Insights. These improvements played a big role in boosting our conversion rate by 28% and reducing our bounce rate by 22%. On the SEO side, we experienced a 60% increase in organic traffic within the first four to six months, and more than 40 of our keywords started ranking on the first page of Google search results. The backend of the site was also made much more efficient. 

Product upload time was cut in half, and our order processing became 30% faster thanks to better workflows and system integrations. IKF also provided us with detailed monthly performance dashboards, which helped us make smarter, data-driven decisions. Honestly, throughout the engagement, IKF showed excellent project management. They successfully coordinated their design, development, and SEO teams, shared timelines early on, and kept lines of communication open. Although some third-party dependency issues caused a small delay during the integration phase, the team swiftly evaluated the situation and developed a substitute solution that was equally effective, demonstrating their technical know-how and adaptability. All things considered, they are very responsive to our changing needs, accommodating feedback quickly and making sure our priorities were always met. They also delivered important milestones on schedule.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

First of all I would like to tell that we are still working with them. The best part about them is that a company should have honesty, expertise and clarity about the operations they are working upon. Right from Sales, IKF's operations, accounts literally everyone has the clarity of what they are expected to do. The best part we feel is their follow-up game. I wish my team to develop this follow-up and client servicing ecosystem. From every interaction, they radiate the experience of 25+ years they claim about. Excellent!  

Are there any areas for improvement or something I Knowledge Factory Pvt. Ltd. could have done differently?

To be very honest, I am a businessman. I will definitely say if they could have priced me lesser. But with the service and experience they are offering, I feel they are not charging enough. Again customer-centric. Boss, I recommend them!
