Although some third-party dependency issues caused a small delay during the integration phase, the team swiftly evaluated the situation and developed a substitute solution that was equally effective, demonstrating their technical know-how and adaptability. All things considered, they are very responsive to our changing needs, accommodating feedback quickly and making sure our priorities were always met. They also delivered important milestones on schedule.

First of all I would like to tell that we are still working with them. The best part about them is that a company should have honesty, expertise and clarity about the operations they are working upon. Right from Sales, IKF's operations, accounts literally everyone has the clarity of what they are expected to do. The best part we feel is their follow-up game. I wish my team to develop this follow-up and client servicing ecosystem. From every interaction, they radiate the experience of 25+ years they claim about. Excellent!

To be very honest, I am a businessman. I will definitely say if they could have priced me lesser. But with the service and experience they are offering, I feel they are not charging enough. Again customer-centric. Boss, I recommend them!
