Hookux handled the design, coding, launch, and support of a completely responsive website from the ground up. They made sure the platform could grow with our needs by building it on a Magento business platform. Since then, they have kept up with site maintenance, analytics monitoring, and ongoing site enhancement. We work hard to make our website as user-friendly as possible because it is optimized to be customer-centric.

Every three months or so, we usually release new pages, and the Hookux team will work on other features to improve the user experience. Even when our demands are technically difficult, they usually incorporate them and come up with workarounds that maintain code cleanliness while still providing functionality. Hookux is very quick to fix any problems that may arise. Throughout the collaboration, Hookux has been helpful and professional.

For BE and FE, Hookux began with an extended Code Review. We then devised a strategy to enhance the coding and optimize our website. Additionally, we relocated the online store to a new server that is Magento 2 compatible. As a result, the webshop now loads much more quickly. Additionally, all of the plugins we utilize have been updated. Additionally, they modified the CMS to make Magento more user-friendly.
