What specific goals or objectives did you hire Hookux to accomplish?

• Our task was to redesign and re-platform our outdated online store in order to make it more appropriate for the current market. We made the decision to employ a group of experts who could fully migrate our data to Shopware 6, rebuild our website in accordance with contemporary e-commerce trends, and add new functionality in order to improve website performance and raise brand awareness, when required.
• At the time, our goal was to expand our internet presence in order to reach a larger global audience and increase the likelihood of selling remotely. We built an e-commerce website using the Shopware 5 platform for that reason. We discovered over time that this platform's capability is insufficient to handle our ongoing business development as well as the constantly shifting demands of the industry.
• I can now declare that employing the Hookux team was the right decision. In general, our main objective was to migrate to Shopware 6. In order to improve the primary website functionality—such as creating and integrating more intelligent search tools and creating bespoke plugins for simpler and more effective website navigation and the purchasing process—we had to move all of the current data to the new platform.

The website has been redesigned with a custom theme, and all data and content have been migrated to Shopware 6. Since almost all website plugins are created by hand, our website has a special feature set that consists of:

• Sliders for products with custom logic (for instance, the system determines the date and shows wines on the main page that are celebrating an anniversary this year).
• Unique sliders for the newspaper page, cart, and product details page
• A plugin for looking up old newspapers
• Unique website search with various filter choices
• Customers can view the precise wine color on the product listing, sliders, and detailed page by using a wine color swatch.

The project tech stack included HTML, CSS, JS, and Shopware 6 (PHP Symphony, Vue.JS).

Our recently completely redesigned website operates noticeably better than the previous one. We appreciate all of the integrated plugins that enable our clients to learn more about wine and take a more thoughtful approach to the selection process. They made sure the platform could grow with our needs by building it on a Magento business platform. Since then, they have kept up with site maintenance, analytics monitoring, and ongoing site enhancement. We work hard to make our website as user-friendly as possible because it is optimized to be customer-centric.

Every three months or so, we usually release new pages, and the Hookux team will work on other features to improve the user experience. Even when our demands are technically difficult, they usually incorporate them and come up with workarounds that maintain code cleanliness while still providing functionality. Additionally, all of the plugins we utilize have been updated. Additionally, they modified the CMS to make Magento more user-friendly.
