We hired handplayed to do the photo shooting, since we needed high quality photos and videos for our marketing material.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Unfortunately the person who was in charge of the selection no longer works with us, but I believe the profesionallity and availability were a factor. It was also important for us that the company was based in Bulgaria.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

The videos were taken in an open pit mine, and required a lot of planning and bureaucracy to obtain.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

I worked with Leda and her team, and she was always helpful and on time.

We are still in the editing process, but the photos were successfully used for our marketing collaterals.

It was not easy to communicate with the time. handplayed was very patient and stuck with us till the end.

They understood the assignment just by looking at our existent material and we didn't have to request any re shoots or more material
