Graffersid first provided us with a 6 hour free demo, where they designed a demo dashboard to showcase their skills. The design was beautiful and covered most of the features we required for our application. The portal has 3 users Customer, Admin, and Vendor (for now only us).
Customer can create Project (Construction sites) and divide the project is stages. CUstomer can place orders for materials, these orders will list on our Vendor dashboard. Which we can fulfill offline and update the status. Admin is majorly for tracking. On Customer Dashboard, they can see the report for the amount of material purchased, consumed, Difference, Cost spend on each stage, and Order Graph.

We majorly work with bug brands and these brands appreciated the efforts we had put in for automation. It also became easy to make new contract with other brands. The impact is huge as we expect it to be. We were able to cut our human resource cost by half. Daily calls frequency reduced by half. Customer trust and transparency increased drastically. We were able to establish ourselves as the change makers and advance.

It has been tremendous, our lives have been made so easy in converting the early customer since the portal is so self-explanatory. Users are loving the design and we invest only 1 hour in hospital on-boarding and training. Early engagement looks promising and the portal seems to be scaling up pretty smoothly with the rising demand.

Project Management was majorly via FreedCamp.com.(FC) We had the visibility and access to complete team who was working on our portal. All the tasks along with the deadline and assigned person was listed on the FC portal. We had no prior experience in managing a startup in the IT industry. We needed a partner to support our IT efforts and guide our company in the right direction.
What were your goals for this project?
We wanted our service to stand out from others in the market by affordably providing home delivery and multiple rewards opportunities through a platform that prioritized user convenience.

How did you select this vendor?
We looked at multiple companies in the United States, Israel, Canada, and India, but ultimately landed on Graffersid after an impressive initial phone call. They highlighted gaps in our vision for the app and provided interesting counterpoints that ultimately improved our product. We were also happy with the cost. India was cheaper than other agencies we considered.
Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?
Following the documentation process, we discussed possible real-world scenarios and the best methods to handle them to optimize our app’s potential. Graffersid built the wireframe then created a working prototype to guerilla test with our users. Their team used that feedback to improve the platform’s UX/UI elements and performance. Then, they expertly designed the final product using Figma and MarvelApp. They also helped us develop a launch strategy to highlight our unique features in the market.
What was the team composition?
We worked with one project manager and a rotating team that included a UX designer, a UI designer, two web developers, an Android developer, and an iOS developer.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
Graffersid’s diligence in the development process allowed us to launch the product on time. Our customers loved the platform and we quickly gained an active user base, which attracted interest from our investors.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
Graffersid efficiently shared daily status updates, task timelines, and achieved milestones via FreedCamp, with any additional communication over Skype calls. They were extremely accessible and we never felt like we were working with a team in a different country.

Graffersid leveraged their experience working with well-funded and successful companies to help guide our startup through its initial phases. Their team consistently provided valuable feedback and ideas to help our platform reach its highest potential. The challenges, if any, were analyzed and resolved immediately.
