Due to the very specialised industry, involving special-purpose equipment for the authorities (i.e. the army, gendarmerie, border guards, police, the Ministry of the Interior and Administration, and many other public entities), a great deal of time was spent by the trade team searching for potential tenders. 

All the commercial tools available in mainstream use, worked dismally (searching for masses of tenders, but very rarely suitable for us). Because of this, the amount of manual work in searching for tenders per week was between 15/20 hours of the team's work. 

We were looking for a solution that would automate the process while ensuring accuracy at the level of human verification so that we did not miss any potential tenders.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After the development period, we introduced parallel tests.

We compared the metrics of a team of members of our sales team with a tool created by Gradienthouse. 

Manual verification took between 15 and 20 man-hours of work per week with optimal efficiency. 

The gradienthouse tool reduced this time to around 2 man-hours per week while maintaining efficiency. In addition, the tool operates at weekends and outside of working hours, which has allowed a faster response to potential opportunities.

The GradientHouse team approached the matter extremely professionally and quickly. After a meeting defining the purpose of the project and setting a budget, they continually stayed in touch with us, reporting on progress. At each stage of the project, we conducted a performance review, and the development team worked until we were fully satisfied, while still meeting the timeline. 

In addition, during the work, the GradientHouse team offered modifications to the project roadmap and the addition of certain features that were not in the initial brief. Once these were accepted and implemented, they benefited us greatly. I would recommend this team because of their professionalism but at the same time proactivity and willingness to help the client achieve their business goal.
