GoodWorkLabs has a good business analysis team that helped us understand how to come up with a Software requirement document and then worked on a phased-wise plan to implement the software tool. Once this was done, their UX/UI design team helped in creating a beautiful and user-friendly dashboard with a clickable prototype using Figma. This was super helpful in visualizing how the end product would look like.

After a few iterations, we were able to finalise the UI designs. Once this was done, Goodworklabs’s architects created a solid architecture and cloud infrastructure deployment strategy. The whole process was collaborative by using Scrum as a process and JIRA/Slack for planning and communication.

Once I asked their team to make certain changes that were in line with the latest technological advancements(in my opinion). Upon finalizing our partnership with GoodWorkLabs, we had a few rounds of meetings to set the goals and expectations right. The team first started with in-depth research and gathered some great insights. Followed by it, they shared wireframes and mock-ups with interesting UI UX design.

The platform was designed based on the insights collected, therefore they did not miss out on a single touch-point while designing the e-commerce platform. Once the UX was complete, it went on to the development phase through the agile (scrum) process and then to testing and deployment. Further to the market launch.

We also got a lot of feedback from our regular customers about the usability of the platform.

The workflow was professionally handled, they used Scrum (agile) as a process. This gave us a lot of confidence because after every sprint (of 2 weeks) we used to get a product that we could see and test. After a few interations and discussions with our marketing team, we finalized the design and provided feedback. The vendor came back to us with wireframes and concepts for our other sections in the app, including an updated "contact us" form.

Initially, we were assigned a project manager to support us and serve as the main point of contact throughout the project. I only spoke with our project manager, but i was made aware that there were 2 frontend and 2 backend developers, as well as a QA resource working behind the scenes.

with in 3 months after our new app was launched, we saw over 800 downloads and over 4-star ratings in play store. we continue to hear positive feedback on the usability.

a project manager that we were assigned was easy to communicate with and provided us frequent updates we connected over the phone at least once a week and used slack for all others. we received ample warning if a deadline was not going to be met, which only happened once.

I was very impressed by the knowledge that this vendor had about mobile app development, user experience, and optimization. we appreciated that they were patient and thoughtful possible, we had worked with other agencies for different areas of the company but it was a particularly collaborative and positive experience
