Mulberrys Garment Care is a premium, toxin-free dry cleaning and laundry company, and I am the president.

What challenge were you trying to address with Go Fish Digital?

We wanted to improve our keyword rankings through SEO. Our end goal is to increase the visibility of the company.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Go Fish is delivering a number of different services. They help us improve our content to make sure it is relevant to what people are searching for. They’ve also assisted with our Google My Business listing. 

Additionally, Go Fish Digital provides conversion rate optimization (CRO), specifically through reorganizing the layout of our site. The goal here is to make sure users can easily find what they’re looking for. We’ve also had them do some customer outreach to increase our online reviews.

What is the team composition?

I’ve worked with four different people from their team. My project manager is Mia (Senior Project Manager, Go Fish Digital).

How did you come to work with Go Fish Digital?

I found Go Fish Digital by searching online for SEO firms. I did interviews with them and contacted some of their clients. I decided to go with them after seeing some of the results that they’ve delivered for other small to medium-sized businesses in the consumer services sector. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent somewhere between $100,000–$200,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

I started working with them in February 2017. The partnership is ongoing. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve seen dramatic improvements across all of our key metrics. Keyword ranking, organic site visits, and conversion rates have all increased by a phenomenal amount.

How did Go Fish Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is a real strength of Mia and her team. They’re responsive, organized, and proactive. We have biweekly calls to review key metrics and performance indicators, and they do a great job of pushing the project along.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their dynamism, especially in terms of communication, really sets them apart. It’s difficult to find teams that consistently deliver while adapting to the changes that your business is making. Go Fish does an excellent job of that.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The conversation rate hasn’t improved quite as fast as the other metrics, but that’s probably because we added that later on in the partnership. It’s a bit separate, and we’ll get there eventually.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

The only advice I have is that you should try them out. I highly recommend them.

Initial website analytics of site. Completely reorganizing and re-writing the content of all pages, and changing the look of the site. Creating new pages and handling ongoing SEO, with regular check-ins and updates.

For what projects/services did your company hire Go Fish Digital?

We were in need of major SEO consulting. Our SEO results had been hit very hard over the previous 24 months and we needed to get them jump started.

What were your goals for this project?

Pretty simple, Get our SEO results back to comfortable levels while competing in a very competitive space.

How did you select this vendor?

We interviewed 3 different vendors and decided on GO FISH. Go Fish was very knowledgable about our space, recognized the challenges, and put together a comprehensive plan that we truly believed in.

What was the team composition?

The team consisted of myself (Director of Marketing), our Marketing Manager and a Marketing Assistant. Go Fish brought about 5 different individuals with different levels of expertise to the team.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our SEO results are now among the best in are core keywords. Go Fish literally put us on the map helping us to generate traffic and leads in our space.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The teams worked excellent together. Go Fish assigns and project manager and our constantly kept everyone on task and we all were in constant communication.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their plan of attack and knowledge about SEO. Go Fish is the third SEO consulting firm we have worked with and they are by far the most advanced. They have an excellent knowledge and strategy of SEO success.
