Please describe your company and your position there.
I’m the CEO of Project Ipsilon B.V. We offer cognitive training and monitoring, primarily for early dementia.
For what projects/services did your company hire Glorium Technologies?
We needed to develop a web app for cognitive training and testing.
What were your goals for this project?
We set out to create our first MVP.
How did you select this vendor?
We met with one of Glorium Technology's sales representative at a healthcare and health innovation conference in the EU. Their transparency and thorough communication in our start phase gave us confidence in them.
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
First, they ran a discovery phase to assess the app from a business point of view and work on the design. Then, they began development. This staged approach helped us clarify what we were building and what had to be adjusted to fit our time frame. They also gave us a comprehensive timeline for development that helped us stick to our business plan.
What was the team composition?
We worked with business analysts and designers in the discovery phase and software engineers during the development phase. The team transitioned flawlessly between the two stages. They put a lot of thought into how they work.
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
Thanks to our clear and thorough communication, we won’t have to make many adjustments to our MVP when we launch the full solution. We’ve also attracted several clinical institutions that are interested in our product. We’ve had a great startup experience with Glorium as our extended team.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
We had two online meetings every week, one with their project manager and one with a business analyst. They helped us plan ahead and develop a clear timeline, which empowered us to seize additional opportunities.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their punctuality and delivery capabilities were exactly as advertised. They were also quick to make requested changes and ensure they wouldn’t impact our timeline.
Are there any areas for improvement?
I can’t think of anything specific. They delivered beyond our expectations.

Softhread
Glorium Technologies developed a patient-centric platform that helps users (doctors) get instant access to the most critical information of all patients. That helps clinicians quickly receive information about the willingness of patients to be intubated, resuscitated, or become donors — via the QR Code.
Whenever information is entered, the system will trace all changes: who entered this information and when.
Once the critical information is filled in, the patient (or Proxy) can share the access with doctors based on the different permission sets: view only, edit, or share information with other doctors.
With Softhread, all paper bureaucracy is eliminated with several clicks.
Solution
Glorium Technologies team created a platform that enables patients or their representatives, and doctors to cooperate during hard times (operations, emergencies, etc.). All the crucial decisions (intubation, resuscitation, organ donation) could be signaled in several clicks; all repeated fields will be duplicated. Once this information is entered, the patient, or representative, can invite doctors with permission to view only, edit, or share information with other doctors.
At the same time, doctors can reach all critical information using just a QR Code.
Results
The platform was developed. The solution allows the following: once critical information is filled in by the patient (representative), and the doctor is invited, he/she gets notified of all crucial changes via email or SMS. The QR code doctors receive is enough to access all critical information.

Acadian Group
Challenge:
Our client manages a lot of commercial real estate facilities in the US. Their aim was to reduce tenant churn. They could do so by making educated guesses about whether the tenants will churn and offering them appropriate discounts or other promotions and by understanding better how different factors influence tenant decisions.
Solution
Using Machine Learning, we built a predictive pipeline that evaluates the probability of tenant churn and provides an analysis of how different features influence that probability. To get to this stage, we had to provide business analysis, figure out which features should this backend system have, have model training, and deploy the server.
Results
The final result of the project is an ML pipeline that predicts probability of tenant churn, can continuously improve its accuracy by training on more data, and provides extensive model explainability. The system proved its efficiency by meeting customer’s historic data and being more accurate than it.

React Health
Challenge
Our client, a manufacturer/distributor of sleep therapy and oxygen therapy products, had a mobile application for Android and iOS. The UI of the app wasn’t spectacular, so they were pursuing the idea of a new app. A mobile app that would help users fit their masks and, consequently, sell more medical devices for the treatment of sleep-disordered breathing and oxygen therapy
Solution
We have created a new application from scratch. With the help of it, one could select an appropriate type and size of the mask using 3d graphics: they have their faces scanned, then three types of masks are offered based on the answers to the questionnaire, and a user can select the one.
The improved reporting functionality allowed users to keep track of their sleep data and ensure they use the device appropriately. We created an app that can display the reports with multiple indexes: usage time, AHI, Pressure, etc. Graph visualization was also suggested and designed. The reports can be downloaded and shared with anyone involved.
Results
Efficient and convenient mobile app with modern UI for a developer, manufacturer, and distributor of medical devices.

Transcend
Development of advanced stock market filters for experienced traders.
Glorium developed a customizable desktop application that acts as a blotter for trader tasks and reacts to triggers only with relevant data changes. The application now provides a chart with multiple filters that reflect stock data with prices, risks, changes, analytics, etc. Thanks to this, traders can now compile filters and monitor only relevant lists of stocks.
Transcend is a desktop application that was developed for one of the leading banks in the US. Glorium has reduced the speed of data transmission (from the initial data source to the visualization on a trader’s dashboard) from 20 seconds to 1 second. Additionally, the system allowed to easily process around 1 million tickers and handle around 10 000 ticker changes per second.

Turtle Health
Challenge
Our client specializes in fertility testing. Many women and couples are planning their future families and are willing to test whether they have an opportunity to conceive a baby.
We were addressed with the challenge of creating a web portal to enable the company with a tool to gather needed information and exchange it between doctors and patients, following all the healthcare regulations.
Solution
We’ve delivered a web portal that automates the self-testing process and consequently helps a woman or a couple to understand how ready they are for having a baby (to get fertility results).
Remote testing via a special ultrasound device is used. The device is sent to a woman by mail.
The health intake survey questionnaire is also fulfilled remotely via a web portal. All the communication is completely remote, and this is the only company that offers a service like this one.
Results
A web portal for women and couples to test their fertility was created. Now it operates across the US. it is a portal for doctors, administrators, and clinicians for their internal processes. The software to create automation and improve management quality was created by Glorium Technologies.
Our clients claim they’re the only comprehensive fertility consult that consumers can do from the privacy of their homes.

Teledentistry Solution
The Client was looking for a software solution that would serve as a way to embed a recently created hardware (intraoral camera) with the newest video-streaming tools.
The software solution had to be available for usage via desktop and mobile devices. The streaming solution had to be HIPAA compliant, allow EHR integration and accessibility from various platforms.
The solution allows meeting patients and other doctors and use live recordable videos and other practical evaluations from any location.
It was incorporated into practice’s daily workflow to facilitate team communication, cover more patients, and store information for further reviews.

Zenitel
Our main task was in developing a secure data infrastructure as a web application. Zentinel was a web app that gives users control over their data. Sers were offered complete data protection by ensuring that all user companies remain 100% compliant with CCPA and GDPR. The main challenge was to develop a robust and secure data infrastructure in the form of a web application from scratch. The application needed to connect data subjects with data consumers, allowing them to exchange their information in a highly secure and customized way.

It also required many developmental improvements, including enhanced integration through modern APIs, better data infrastructure, overall technical health, and better scalability. The main challenge was to improve the user experience by advancing the platform’s technical characteristics and enhanced logic.
Solution
To improve the user experience, Glorium implemented AI-driven logic that assists in obtaining the real intent of a user and immediately offers relevant solutions. Additionally, we added guided interviews to better process user requests and built a sophisticated data infrastructure with Microsoft Azure.
Results
The new intuitive interface guides the user all the way from the patient’s admission to a hospital, until final discharge. These changes boosted staff efficiency by saving time and allowing management to meet hospital performance targets.
As a result, Glorium transformed the platform into a customized CMS. We improved the overall performance, enhanced external integration with other data sources and systems, and significantly strengthened the user experience with AI-driven solutions for better platform navigation.

Real Estate company
Challenge
The app needed to serve as a tool for everyday professional use. That meant it had to provide a list of properties to visit, perform an assessment, map the locations, and create the shortest route. In addition to serving as a task manager, it needed to allow the creation of floor plans and attachments. As appraisers sometimes work at sites with poor cellular coverage, the product also needed to offer offline support.
Solution
We have vast experience in the Real Estate domain, so we understand what appraisers really need in their day-to-day work.

UI/UX Design for Healthcare Platform Company
"The team is really open and flexible when there is an issue."
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the regional general manager of a healthcare product company. Our focus is on hand hygiene which involves cleaning and disinfecting the hands. I’m responsible for technology in the group, and software development is one of my tasks.
What challenge were you trying to address with Glorium Technologies?
We have dispensers to disinfect hands, and in hospitals, they want to know how often hands are disinfected because they have rules about the number of hand disinfections per day and the amount of alcohol disinfectant used.
They want to measure if the nurses and doctors disinfect their hands as they should and want to measure this compliance. We offer dispensers with sensors that measure the dosage volume and the timestamp of the hand disinfection.
We send this data wirelessly through our IoT platform and we have some analysis programs running. They use this as a web interface, and the hygiene specialists in the hospitals can log in and read the analysis of the people in the hospital.
We had an interface that had been out in the market for seven or eight years, but we knew the design could be significantly improved. We are very strong in designing and manufacturing, but we were looking for someone to help us and found Glorium Technologies who is good at UX.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We set up the IoT platform and made the analysis software. We designed the devices and Glorium Technologies helped us with the UI/UX for whatever was needed to set all the parameters to make it a lot easier to use.
They used Angular. From our perspective, we didn’t focus on the tools they were using. We focused only on functionality and usage.
What is the team composition?
We normally work with three people from their team. We work with a team leader who is responsible for the work that is going on in each section, and we also work with a project manager who tracks everything. In the background there are 2–3 teammates who implement the software.
How did you come to work with Glorium Technologies?
Glorium Technologies got in touch with us. They were looking for customers, and I told them that we were looking for someone to help us.
How much have you invested in them?
We’ve spent about $40,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in March 2019, and our engagement is ongoing. The first big part is mainly done, and we are just finalizing some elements for the UI. The next block will come at the end of the year with extended functionality.
In the meantime, we have started another project which is a smartphone app that collects the data directly at the dispensers to support the customer.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They’ve done a really great job, and it’s easy to work with them. They involve us in the work and quickly answer any questions we have. Glorium Technologies measures success through the tracking system for jobs to do so that we can work on the same platform as they do.
We have received internal feedback that has been quite positive. We’ve been told that it has been a significant improvement in usage. We are now collecting feedback from external customers.
How did Glorium Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?
We don’t have to talk to too many people, which is a benefit. We are in touch with the same people, and we don’t care who is doing the work in the background. It has been working well and our interface with them has been easy.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The team is really open and flexible when there is an issue. They always say yes when it comes to fixing it.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, we are very happy working with them.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
When you work with someone, it’s always the same. You have to prepared for meetings, set targets, and follow up. When we are well prepared, it goes well.

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the director of product development for a medical company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Glorium Technologies?
We had a lack of resources to work on mobile app development. We had four people but needed to hire additional resources externally.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They worked on two projects, both focused on mobile app development. The latest project was an Android app for medical performance.
What is the team composition?
We worked with two different mobile app developers, one on each project.
How did you come to work with Glorium Technologies?
They were recommended to us by colleagues. We gave them a trial, doing 2–3 sprints, to see how they performed. We were satisfied and continued working together.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent roughly $60,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
The first project ran from February until August 2019, the second from January until April 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Code review is important to us. Each time Glorium Technologies submitted code, we reviewed and tested it before either giving approval or returning it for corrections. We set 4–5 tasks per sprint as a KPI, and they stayed on task, producing quality code. When we did suggest improvements, they listened to feedback and adjusted accordingly.
How did Glorium Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?
We handled project management. We implemented the Agile method. Each deliverable was put into tasks within sprints. My team leader spoke with them every day or two and had stand-ups. We communicated via Skype.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I was pleased to not micromanage them on tasks. Glorium Technologies worked well and met my expectations.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No.

Desktop & Web App Dev for Sleep Industry Company
“It was really a full service, from DevOps to frontend.”

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the COO at a small company that provides web applications to sleep medicine professionals. I also act as product owner, so I’m involved in the software development process.
Our web application has practice management and basic electronic medical records functionalities. It also has the capability to handle proprietary file formats, since all of the sleep recordings that are made in labs all over the country have different file formats based on the manufacturer. We’re able to create links to them so that people can open up sleep studies remotely, and sleep doctors can read these studies online using the native software.
What challenge were you trying to address with Glorium Technologies?
Glorium took care of several projects for us. The primary goal was a rewrite of our Windows-based client desktop app to make it more modern.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Glorium rewrote our C++ desktop application. They did a remote desktop protocol (RDP) plugin, so a web RDP instead of using the Windows libraries. We also had them work on C++ DLLs that needed to be updated for specific manufacturers; we had one that was out of date. We didn’t have a C++ programmer, and Glorium provided one who was actually able to make the changes to our DLLs. They did testing and packaging, as well as the DevOps that was needed.
The last thing they did for us was frontend work for the web application, which was being rewritten from PHP to React.js. That person was also terrific.
What is the team composition?
We probably worked with 4–5 developers. One of the things that was really terrific about Glorium was that we always had a project manager who was our front-facing person for meetings. They maintained meeting minutes and kept in contact to ensure that there were no blocks for development. The project manager was often the only person I talked to. I believe they had developers in Ukraine who were sometimes on the call, but sometimes not; I didn’t have direct access to them.
How did you come to work with Glorium Technologies?
I believe we met them at a sleep medicine conference. Our chief developer found them and suggested we give them a call. They had good prices. Also, our project manager Anna (Delivery Officer, VP of Sales & Marketing) was sharp, reliable, and communicative. She had great follow-through; even from the initial meetings, she was so pleasant and effective to work with. Then, our first project managers were the same way – they didn’t miss meetings or deadlines, and they were very proactive.
How much have you invested with them?
My company spent around $80,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in July 2019, and our work with them has been on pause since March 2020. I hope we will work together again.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We were very satisfied with their work. The code was functional and delivered on time. It was really a full service, from DevOps to frontend.
How did Glorium Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?
We had some changeover in project managers; I don’t think it had a negative effect on the work, and that also gave the sense that they had a number of people they could draw from. Whenever they made a transition, they had the new project manager shadow, and then the transition went very smoothly.
We had scheduled meetings and a shared Dropbox where minutes went right after meetings. We used Skype Chat, and I believe the developers used Slack to keep in touch and make sure things were moving along. I found the communication to be very excellent; we never wondered what they were doing or whether they’d be done on time.
What did you find most impressive about them?
One of the things that we really admired about Glorium is that they were able to figure out the code and see what it did without a clear roadmap or the best documentation. They helped write the specs and make this rewrite happen.
Anna was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was always looking for new solutions and offering to help in other ways. We haven’t always taken her up on those things, but I’ve set them aside. They may be able to help with some telehealth plugins that we want to use, and she sent me a deck about some of the related work they’ve done in case we want to use them for that.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We were disappointed when one of the projects had several false starts. They weren’t able to accomplish what they said they were doing to, which was an online plugin to a web office. However, we paid for the investigation, and then the investigation came up it couldn’t be done, so I don’t know if that was their fault; sometimes that just happens. There was no glaring deficit that they needed to fill.
Any advice for potential customers?
With any outside developers, the better the specifications you have, the faster your development will go. I would caution anyone not to have loose definitions around the scope of the work. Whenever possible, get an estimate for when work will be completed. I would recommend anyone to give Glorium a try.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of a healthcare technology company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Glorium Technologies?
We outsourced software development projects to other companies but had challenges with them. We decided to switch over to Glorium Technologies.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Glorium Technologies’s builds healthcare software applications that include web based apps and native mobile apps, which are for a variety of our own applications. Their team develops the platforms with the .NET. They’re also creating native iOS and Android applications. Their team manages the design, the development, the implementation phases. They also provide project management and business analysis services, so it’s a large scope.
What is the team composition?
We work with a team of about 20 individuals including developers and QA teammates. The size has varied over the years, but I’ve worked with the same project manager.
How did you come to work with Glorium Technologies?
A colleague referred me to Glorium Technologies. They had organized development and project management processes. It was a natural transition for us.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent more than $5 million on their services.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in January 2012 and our collaboration’s ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’re satisfied with the quality of their code. We have constant feature development and releases, which we try to push out as quickly as we can.
How did Glorium Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re responsive and have good project management skills. We use Redmine and have daily huddles now, but our cadence of meetings varies throughout the lifecycle.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re able to identify any weaknesses in their own processes and our direction. Their team’s forthright in relaying that information, which is helpful. At the end of the day, there’s a good product outcome.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Development takes time, which is my only complaint. Nothing happens overnight. Overall, I’ve been happy with Glorium Technologies' approach.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Have a clear product pathway and timeline. Set realistic expectations on any outcomes and you’ll be happy in the end.

Web Development for Commercial Real Estate Valuations
“They had an incredible willingness to go beyond what you were asking of them to provide the best product they could.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
The organization is a commercial real estate software providing tech solutions for valuation and other functions in our industry. At the time I worked with Glorium Technologies, I was the founder and CEO.
What challenge were you trying to address with Glorium Technologies?
Their team built two very complex platforms for the commercial real estate market.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Both of the applications they develop were very intensive in terms of the product features specific to the commercial real estate industry. One product specifically focused on the valuation of properties and was built to serve a range of individuals from commercial estate owners, appraisers, investors, and anyone within that specific niche who might want to buy, sell, or hold a commercial real estate asset.
They built the SaaS platform from the ground up, including all of the development as well as the design. Beyond that, they were able to discuss the implementations with us as we went and help us arrive at the best execution of the product for our specific goals. We worked in .Net as the framework with SQL as well.
What is the team composition?
Usually, there were anywhere from 10-14 people on their team, including dev ops, QA, mobile, and front- and backend developers.
How did you come to work with Glorium Technologies?
We went through four development groups before our CTO recommended their team, but when they started working with us, we knew right away that they were the right fit. What really set them apart was the fact that they had a finance background, so they were already number intensive, and they had experience building financial products as well.
How much have you invested with them?
The total project cost was around $3,000,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
I believe our relationship started around July 2012 and lasted until January 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Since I’m no longer at the company, I can’t site any specific feedback, but our users were always incredibly positive about the functionalities we were providing to them. Our product was always regarded as the most cutting edge in the market, which was a huge win for us.
How did Glorium Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?
Their communication was excellent. We used JIRA to manage the agile scrums themselves, and we always felt like they were keeping us up to date on what we needed to know and delivering things on time and in budget.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Building a product in our nice is really challenging because articulating your needs to a development team who has no commercial real estate experience takes a lot of time and energy.
With Glorium, they weren’t just mindlessly executing, but were actually soaking in the information we gave them and look into what we were doing so that they could fully understand it and actually provide feedback to us about the implementation we wanted to use.
They had an incredible willingness to go beyond what you were asking of them to provide the best product they could, combined with a really impressive ability to hire consistently high-quality developers.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I think everyone can always have better communication. I don’t think that was a particular flaw of theirs, because we always had good communication, but that’s something that I think can always be improved no matter how good you are at it.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
In the beginning, I would just say make sure you ask questions and never assume things. Often times, people are very quick to feel too comfortable with what they know, and it’s always helpful to keep asking questions so that you are never surprised by something that you could have seen coming.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the director of a private multidisciplinary clinic specializing in diagnosing and treating diseases in more than 20 areas. We have a large patient base, including people who visit our doctors and undergo examinations regularly.
For what projects/services did your company hire Glorium Technologies, and what were your goals?
Because of our work's nature, we must keep in touch with every patient. We turned to Glorium Technologies to develop a web portal where users could make appointments with doctors and view their medical histories. We wanted to emphasize these functions: scheduling doctor visits; personal patient profile; chat to communicate with doctors and consultants; digital payment for medical services. Also, an important part was to create a data dashboard for our clinic staff.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We had no experience with developers before. When the need arose to create a portal, we started looking for specialists on reputable platforms. The reasons for choosing Glorium Technologies were industry experience and many positive reviews.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
They did a project analysis at the start. The team gathered information about our business and target audience, then made a plan to agree with us. We made some changes to it in order to reduce the development timeframe by a month.
In 6 months, they've completed the following tasks: prototyping and design creation; development of the portal with functions for patients and employees; adaptation for different devices and operating systems; testing and fixing bugs. The finished product was customized to our business process and integrated with other corporate systems.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
The team consisted of eight specialists: a business analyst, three developers, a designer, a tester, and DevOps. The project manager was responsible for assigning tasks.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We can manage the flow of patients better thanks to an electronic appointment system. It allowed us to optimize each employee's schedule and increase productivity. Also, our patients have noted the ease of access to their digital medical records.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
We communicated with the project manager throughout the process and received regular reports on the results of the iterations.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
We were pleasantly surprised by how the team handled changes in requirements and deadlines. They adapt quickly to the situation.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
It was our first experience with developers. We were happy with everything!
