Geeksroot has been instrumental in the design and development of our WordPress website. The collaboration began with thorough discovery, negotiation, and initial conceptual design phases. After reviewing and providing feedback via Figma, we approved the initial designs. The team then moved into the final design and development phase, culminating in the successful launch of our website.

The site features a compelling landing page that includes a custom 3D animation video produced by Geeksroot . The animation is directly tied to our industry and effectively captures user attention—contributing to a lower bounce rate and helping to establish credibility with both existing and prospective customers. Additional pages include About Us, Services, Contact, and a showcase of our work.

Currently,Geeksroot  is developing additional features, including a Merchandise page, a Blog page, and a Newsletter signup page.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our main objective has been to establish greater credibility with our existing customers, and the feedback we've received on the website’s design and functionality has been overwhelmingly positive. We anticipate that the site will be a powerful tool for lead conversion. Overall, the website is performing exactly as intended—in fact, we've seen the bounce rate drop by nearly 100%, which is a clear indicator of improved user engagement.

Geeksroot delivered the project on time and within budget. While there were some challenges early on—particularly around collaboration and creativity—we had clear ideas we wanted to incorporate, which led to some initial creative differences. However, once expectations were clearly communicated, Geeks Root became more receptive to our input and embraced a more collaborative approach moving forward. This shift resulted in a strong final product that we’re very pleased with. Communication throughout the project has been managed through phone calls, emails, Google Docs, and ClickUp.

GeeksRootcould discover whether the client has any creative ideas at the start and be more open to evaluating outside stakeholders' creative input. Their communication has been average and straightforward, but sometimes it’s a little too direct and not expansive enough to understand all the intent.

They also implemented on-page SEO and developed a blog strategy centered around competitive service pages, localized content, and seasonal lawn care keywords. On top of that, they helped us build a social media content calendar aligned with customer pain points throughout the year—like hydration issues in late summer or weed control in the spring—ensuring our posts stayed relevant and timely.

My company just launch and new product and was looking for several services to help with awareness. I was looking for a web design company that was capable of building an e-commerce site with custom features, help with designing info-graph images, and social media marketing. One of the most important things that I was looking for was consistent communication. I've been working very closely with Tony on all of the task. 

He has been extremely pleasant to work with. There were a few challenges, but nothing that couldn't get worked out. The website looks fantastic, the images are outstanding, and with social media marketing began working within a few hours once a campaign had launch. The followers and likes start showing up really quickly somewhere around 20 - 50 per day. Being that I work in IT, I understand when things don't go exactly as planned. There was nothing about my request that was cookie cutter. 

This is where you will see how customer service either shines or shows to be a disaster. Working with Tony has shown that he clearly understands the urgency for resolutions. There are still just a few task minor task that need to be addressed. Other than that, we've been good to go. And I absolutely can see this as a long term partnership. 

Would I recommend GEEKS ROOT's service? Absolutely. GEEKS ROOT is the 3rd company that I've used, and by far the best. They understood my request and the requirements. They understood my product. And they understood my budget. 

 We have weekly status update call on progress, anything that needs addressing, and roadmap planning for 2024. Things have been moving in the right direction. Very please with my decision to use GEEKS ROOT.

My Site for 8 months still does not function properly. I will need to pay another person to fix all Geeksroot mistakes. Two things in my CONTRACT. They did not provide a- 6 Filters b- Payment integration. 

1. 3/11 the manager that worked on my website emails me with threat of law action for posting a review. LOL it's perfectly legal to write a review. 
2. 3/14 the owner of the company writes an email apologizing and that I had every right to be frustrated and EXACT QUOTE "would love to have your issues resolved swiftly and of utmost quality as a part of compensation, I would refund all the monies that you have paid over this project to us" (LIE he did not and has not)
3.  3/15 I say thank you and ask for my refund 
4. Again it takes 2 whole days to get a response and when I do, The owner tries to BRIBE and offer not a FULL money but ONLY 50% contingent on I take down the review and then will release the rest. (UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICE and AGAINST TRUST PILOT RULES) 
5. 3/17 I do not agree and continue to ask for full refund as promised in the first email. The owner doesn't even know my contract of how much money I spent. This incompetent behavior. He didn't research but said he read ALL The communication. Also admits the Threats were wrong. 
6. 3/18 I don't hear back and try to reach him on the phone. The employees LIE to me several times with excuses why he can't come to the phone. Also their phone system sometimes goes on auto response and asks for extensions but the employees claim they are not authorized to give direct extensions or the PUBLIC last name of the owner who already has his last name in the email. They have "another employee" with the same first name, however he is not in the directory as well. 
7. 3/18 Owner promise like every other deadline missed during the project, that he will contact me in 1.5 hours. 3 and a half hours later I call and surprise he's not there. He does not CALLS BACK. Instead I get an email claiming family emergency. Apologizing. They always apologize but often do not actually DO what they say. 
8. 3/18 Email says that he can't (THE OWNER) refund the money (HE PROMISED) but only part. Not even half the money. Claiming I'm using the website. SITE IS NOW CLOSED UNTIL I GET FULL REFUND Yes it Was up and running but I have no clients or workers cause the site isn't functioning properly DUE TO BAD CODING/DESIGN. WHEN I WAS OFFERED FULL MONEY REFUND this was the case. Nothing change from the first email. WHY NOW IS HE NOT OFFERING ME EVEN HALF REFUND. 
9. Overall claims he can't refund the credit card I paid with and ask for my BANKING INFO. I do not trust them with my bank info. They are required to refund how I paid. I even offer my paypal which I know they work with because the manager told me they use Paypal. 
10. I tell them NEVER to contact me again until I see the full refund. They once again TRY TO MAKE THE REFUND CONTINGENT ON TAKING THE REVIEW DOWN. THAT IS AGAINST TRUST PILOT RULES AND HENCE THIS NEW REVIEW. You have been warned...AGAIN. Now all they did was waste a full week of my time and make me angrier and more frustrated. Moreover, they had bad customer service and constantly missed deadlines.

I came in contact with them through their website, saw their user reviews on clutch and after a simple interview, I offered them the job.

They were very progressive and very responsible in planning and executing the various marketing tasks assigned by us. They proved to be very helpful in building a strong position for us in the competitive market and in developing a strategy to make our company a brand, special attention is paid to packaging and design to present and differentiate our products in the market. They also managed our website redesigning very well, through this we got a hold in the market and our communication between existing dealers increased a lot and we were able to connect with new dealers.

Greeks Root had prepared a big team for us but most of my communication was only with the team leader, I used to specially discuss with the graphic designer for design related work but I don't have much discussion with other team members but I had faith in their skills, all were quite confident.

A very strong proof is that our genuine client leads have increased and we have been successful in attracting our potential customers, we have been able to showcase the uniqueness and quality of our products in the market. Product packaging plays an important role in the marketing strategy as this market is competitive and it is necessary to stand out in the crowd and Greeks Root has ensured that. Our redesigned website has been very well commented by the customers stating that some of the useful tools that have been added to the website make their surfing easy. This new website best showcases our products and services.

I was majorly connected with the team leader and we used to have regular communication, we mainly used skype as medium of communication, overall our discussions were very fruitful, they left no stone unturned to clear my doubts, were very punctual and responsible, fixed our meeting time and made the weekly report process transparent.

They were very enthusiastic people and they know how to get you excited too, they took the project seriously and responsibly, they were very optimistic and creative and did not hesitate to experiment.

To be honest I didn't face any problem so I won't give my advice on this, I wish you all the best and everything is perfect.
