• We wanted to give our website a much-needed update and make it a better reflection of the Lysse brand. It also needed to be easier for customers to find products and move around the site. Another important thing for us was being able to make regular updates ourselves. We didn't want to contact a developer every time we needed to change an image, update some copy, or add new content.

The team handled the design and development of our new WordPress website. They worked with us on the page layouts, navigation, product sections, and the overall look of the site.

We also spent quite a bit of time making sure the website would be easy for our own team to manage once it was live. We wanted to be able to change products, images, text, and other content without needing technical help for every update.

They also helped us work through some of the design decisions and gave their input on how we could present the brand online. We had a few rounds of changes along the way, and they were willing to listen and make adjustments based on our feedback.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The biggest win for us was getting a website that looked and worked the way we wanted. It was completed on time, and our team had much more freedom to make changes after launch.

The site also gave us a better way to show our products and tell the Lysse story. Overall, we were pleased with how the finished website turned out.

They stayed on top of the project and kept us updated as things moved along. When we had questions or wanted something changed, we could get a response without waiting around.

There were a couple of small communication hiccups, but we were able to sort them out pretty quickly. They still managed to keep everything on schedule.

Galaxias Lab developed GLOps360 around our field service requirements. The platform brings service requests, tickets, job assignments, field activities, and equipment tracking together in one place.

The mobile app allows field workers to see their assigned jobs, record their work, and send updates while they're on site. On the management side, we can follow service requests, check the progress of jobs, and keep track of what has been completed.

They also built equipment and inventory tracking using QR codes and serial numbers. This is useful for knowing which equipment has been given to a particular job and what has been returned afterward.

The platform also allows service teams to add photos, videos, and notes when closing a job, which gives us a much better record of what was actually done.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The biggest difference is that we're able to keep much more of our service information in one place. It's easier to see which jobs are open, who's working on them, and what has already been completed.

The equipment tracking has also helped us keep better records of items going out to the field and coming back. Overall, we spend less time trying to piece together information from different places.

The team was straightforward to work with. We could discuss requirements with them directly, and they were willing to make changes when something didn't quite fit the way we work.
