Gain Impact had a professional and fast response when we reached out with questions or problems. Project management was done by Daniyal. We had a pleasent experience with him. He was friendly, creative and knew very fast what our problems wer due to his experience in the field.

There's only one thing I can think of. Finding the location of the office was a bit tricky. Maybe they can give a detailed route description beforehand by mail.

application had to be user-friendly, software had to be reliable and fast, scaling to larger had to be possible quickly, had to have strong passwords

I came to Gain impact with broken software written by another company. Gain Impact has done a great job of customizing the software and developing exactly what was requested. I was very well thought through and no question was too crazy. Contact always went very smoothly and quickly. They are extremely friendly and really think along with the customer. I now have extremely well-functioning software.

I was carefully asked about the exact wishes of my company. Consideration was given in all areas. Agreements were kept well and I was kept well informed of everything that was going on. Because I am a starting entrepreneur, I was also well thought out in terms of finances. We were given clear advice as to where we should place priority
