The goal was to seamlessly allow customers to visit the website, connect for inquiries, and increase our client’s business.

F(x) Data Labs connected with us every single week and every time we needed help. Their team was completely transparent and honest about any instance where something went wrong. I really liked that integrity. They turned our ideas into reality. What’s more, our clients were very happy with the work.

They were always on time. Even if we weren’t on time, they’d be on time. Their team was great at reminding us about meetings and deadlines. They were so perfect. We’re building a new platform that’s going to make it easier for people to rent from us. This platform is a big project, and the team at F(x) Data Labs is taking care of it.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Our new platform is called Action Toy Share, it’s an online rental marketplace for jet skis, boats, motorcycles, and so on. Anyone can rent out equipment through our platform. F(x) Data Labs built the frontend using React. The platform isn’t currently live but will be soon.

I really like how F(x) Data Labs doesn’t go over budget. They’re reasonably priced and get the work done. Their team uses high-end technology and is up to date. The quality of their work is excellent.

I’m very impressed with their project management. F(x) Data Labs creates videos showing the deliverables each time a task is completed. We communicate through Slack, and they consistently meet deadlines. Their communication and availability are great. If they go over or a task takes longer, they don’t charge the extra; they stay within budget.

No, there aren’t any areas that need improvement.

Give them the whole project from the very beginning and see what they come up with as far as the price for the whole engagement. Just go all-in with them.

They were able to produce both back end and front end applications to effectively achieve the results I needed to track 15 data analytics parameters relevant to the outdoor advertising industry. Facial recognition technology was used to temporarily analyze age, gender and level of appreciation . This information is then collated on our generic activity sheet generated on our front end application with both my company and client’s contact information. Our company logo and colours was also requested to be used on the activity sheet

The completion of our software means we are now the first Caribbean outdoor advertising business to offer data analytics results for campaigns. It also puts us in a position to sell this valuable service to all industry players in Jamaica and the wider Caribbean market.

Hemen went above and beyond expectations to see this project through. He was very patient to took the time to truly understand what it was that we needed to ensure he captured all relevant information. He was very communicative throughout the projects entirety and managed his time efficiently to produce results on schedule.

Managing clients across the continent can never be easy and they were able to produce results efficiently and effectively. I was even more impressed with Hemen’s willingness and commitment to learn no coding applications to facilitate the success of this project and did so without questioning abilities.

We considered all the parts of an ERP system, including finance, CRM, supply chain, and marketing and sales. They tracked members of our team who showed them the pain points and what our legacy system does and what we wanted to retain and not retain in the new system.

We’ve been live for 3–4 months. We’re satisfied with the first two phases and the outcome. With the machine learning algorithm that they implemented, our sales team’s production has increased because now they’re focusing more on customers or potential customers. That’s been a big plus.

Also, under our previous ERP system, the management information systems were cumbersome. Now, we have more flexibility. My finance and accounts people enjoy the flexibility in the kind of reporting that they can generate using the new ERP. We notice an increase in activity and conversions. It’s far more user-friendly.

They didn’t just build a system and walk away. They really took time to understand our products, our customers, and the everyday problems we face. For example: Their photo matching tool solved a real headache helping customers who don’t know the exact name of a seal or spare still place the correct order. Their chatbot now handles many of the routine product questions that used to eat up hours of our team’s time. Their inventory insights are already helping us cut waste and focus more on what’s actually selling.  They didn’t feel like an outside vendor they worked like a true partner who wanted to see us succeed.

Overall, we’re very happy with the work FXIS.ai delivered, but if there’s one area they could improve, it would be providing more hands-on training or simple guides for our team to use the new tools more confidently right from the start. While their team was always available and quick to support us whenever we had questions, having a bit more structured onboarding material upfront would’ve made the transition even smoother. That said, their responsiveness and willingness to guide us through every step more than made up for it.
